• 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI), data analysis, Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), or related fields. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to the payments, fintech, or financial services industries. • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL for efficient data querying and transformation. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and complex formulas. • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau or Power BI is considered a plus. • Proven ability to translate raw data and complex analyses into clear and compelling business narratives. • Fluency in English (working language) is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is considered a significant advantage. • Must be collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to adapt effectively to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will bridge data and business strategy for Antom’s North America team. You will monitor performance metrics, forecast trends impacted by regulatory/political shifts, and deliver actionable insights to optimize operations. • Performance Tracking & Risk Management: Monitor key business volume KPIs, identify deviations from expected performance, and proactively communicate early risk alerts to relevant stakeholders. • Regulatory & Political Impact Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of transaction volume fluctuations resulting from new regulations, political events, or macroeconomic trends. Develop predictive models to forecast mid- to long-term impacts. • Business Operations Analysis: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze profitability drivers, operational efficiency, and potential market opportunities. Deliver clear and actionable reports based on your findings. • Data Product Development: Define core business metrics, meticulously document domain-specific knowledge, and partner with data engineers to build robust and scalable data products, such as dashboards and data warehouse tables.
• Understand the toB business deeply and conduct comprehensive strategy analysis by combining internal and external data. • Provide critical analysis support for company strategy, tactical decisions, and operational decisions. • Proactively obtain market, industry, and competitor information through various channels. • Establish and continuously improve analysis systems for tracking market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. • Based on the established analysis framework, define data product requirements. • Collaborate effectively with relevant teams (e.g., technology development) to design a business analysis evaluation system focused on business model health. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and core operation monitoring indicators (e.g., merchant lifecycle funnel, capacity, transaction contribution). • Complete operational projections, indicator analysis, and attribution analysis.
• Understand the business and conduct business analysis by combining internal and external data to provide analysis support for company strategy, tactical decisions, and operational decisions. • Design a business analysis evaluation system from the perspective of business model health, including KPIs and core process monitoring indicators, and complete all tracking and analysis. Provide objective and professional evaluations of business results and give suggestions and opinions for business development, and assist with implementation. • Obtain market/industry/competitor information through various channels, establish and continually improve the analysis systems for market, industry trends, and competitor tracking. Analyze all aspects, from macro trends to micro individual strategies, core competencies, product features and experiences, users, marketing, etc. Identify opportunities and provide professional business suggestions, and assist with implementation.
The Measurement Strategist joins the team responsible for evaluating, sourcing, refining and communicating outstanding insights to help our advertising customers get the most value out of their investment in Apple Ads. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Support Partner Development team from both business and technical lens to drive revenue growth. - Investigation in client challenges, identify and conduct analysis to respond and solve sophisticated customer problems. - Work with large data sets, breaking it down into easily understandable stories, and communicate these narratives to clients and internal partners. - Partner with Data Insights team to identify the right metrics, measure and supervise the impact of client interactions and revenue outcome; give ideas and provide feedback for new insights' development. - Liaise with Privacy and Legal teams to ensure that proposed data sets honor Apple Ads’ privacy principles. - Collaborate with Product team to integrate successful pilots into customer facing reporting tools.
