Minimum Qualifications • 5 or more years of experience in the digital advertising industry, in a data analyst or business/performance measurement role • Advanced skills in SQL queries, Tableau and conducting analysis based on large data sets • Proven experience in face-to-face and visual client interactions - specifically with senior level executives, business intelligence and data science guides • Strong communication skills and the ability to distill information from big data and results into simple concepts and actionable insights for a variety of audiences • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills to work closely with Partner Development and various functional teams - to understand business requirements, and handle sophisticated projects related to data-driven initiatives • Strong personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity, and trust • Native level fluency in Mandarin and business level fluency in English are required to cover key clients in Asia Preferred Qualifications • BA/BS in Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. • Familiarity with search engine marketing (SEM), app-install marketing and attribution • Advanced technical skills: experiences with Python and Salesforce • Business level fluency in Korean or Japanese is a plus

The Measurement Strategist joins the team responsible for evaluating, sourcing, refining and communicating outstanding insights to help our advertising customers get the most value out of their investment in Apple Ads. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Support Partner Development team from both business and technical lens to drive revenue growth. - Investigation in client challenges, identify and conduct analysis to respond and solve sophisticated customer problems. - Work with large data sets, breaking it down into easily understandable stories, and communicate these narratives to clients and internal partners. - Partner with Data Insights team to identify the right metrics, measure and supervise the impact of client interactions and revenue outcome; give ideas and provide feedback for new insights' development. - Liaise with Privacy and Legal teams to ensure that proposed data sets honor Apple Ads’ privacy principles. - Collaborate with Product team to integrate successful pilots into customer facing reporting tools.

Quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch and upsell to customers. Demonstrating analytical skills are critical for this role, including an in-depth knowledge of Excel • Educate clients on Apple’s solutions and provide consultative support on their media, measurement, and creative strategy to grow existing partnerships. • Ability to focus on details and trends, combined with the skills to react fast and ensure delivery of best-in-class customer service for advertisers. • Collaborate with other departments such as Customer Success, Data Insights, Learning & Development, Sales Operations, & Marketing to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes. • Excel globally with teammates in sharing takeaways from the region, categories & with go-to-market initiatives.
