Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build productive relationships across teams. o Independent thinking and summarizing abilities; proactive in identifying issues, delivering and escalating key findings, and advising on recommended solutions to correct issues. o Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in spoken and reading mandarin will be a plus.

Within International Risk Management, the B+ Risk Management team is responsible for identifying and managing risk across all to B product processes and countries at Ant International. We’re looking for a Fraud Risk Operation Specialist who has practical experience in handling different types of fraud cases, strong sense of the business, and want to be a part of the evolution for the next generation of risk management. This role will mainly support the Worldfirst EMEA region to conduct investigation and mitigate the risk of transaction fraud, scam, abuse and account take-over, as well as balance user experience. Responsibilities o In depth understanding of merchant collection, cross-border FX transfers and international payments business, ensure the safety of merchant account and support business growth o Monitor real time queues and identify high risk transactions and activities within the business portfolio o Review customer transactions to identify fraudulent activity, and resolve queued investigation tasks within the service level agreements to reduce potential revenue loss o Identify gaps in current SOPs, policies and strategies, recommend enhancements based on the assessment of risk cases, and take actions to mitigate emerging fraud risks with guidance from managers o Maintain effective relationships with front office staff and risk functions, liaise with cross function teams on joint investigations o Extract and analyze data, generate metrics and perform analysis leverage Ant risk capabilities

You would have the chance to design the end-to-end Risk Management operation solution about SME clients’ Onboarding and the day to day transition risk monitoring. To better achieve the risk management strategy, you would have the chance to work with the expertise globally to demonstrate how to better mitigate risk during onboarding review and transaction monitoring, and balance customer experience and risk control. At the same time, we would expect you to leading local risk operation systems establishment to facilitate the business growth in a health way. Responsibilities: 1.Understand business and internal product and process,to ensure the Risk operation excellent. 2.Design fraud and AML risk cases investigation method and prepare related for training to Risk team as well as business team. 3.Conduct Customer Due Diligence background investigations in adherence with fraud risk policy and compliance. 4.Work closely with the team to analysis the risk characteristics, customer experience pain points in a systematic way and establish the internal library of Customer Risk Profile. Provide knowledge feedback to risk policies/strategies team to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. 5.Monitor the operation system efficiency, and prepare intelligence reports / circulars for management's review. 6.Coordinate or collaborate with business units to solve the fraud and AML risk case, ensure the business comply with local requirement. 7.Support other ongoing customer risk management solution, including but not limit to, periodically account review, Enhance Due Diligence, etc.
We are looking for a Risk Policy and Operation Solution Manager to support Ant International business growth, ensure the safety of merchant funding account, manage multiple type of risk such as identity fraud, scam, abuse and account take-over, as well as user-experience balance. This role will act as the expert of risk solution, deliver risk assessment and solution to mitigate risk by leveraging Ant Risk capabilities. Job Descriptions: 1. In depth understanding of merchant funding account and cross-board ecommerce market, conduct risk assessment, identify potential risk and design solution to the business team, leveraging Ant risk capabilities to facilitate business goal achievement. 2. Responsible for the solution-based project management, engage internal stakeholders across function such as product and technical teams to ensure risk solution are delivered timely and track the effect of risk solution continuously. 3. Own repository for product programs and product approvals; ensuring the versions are up to date and the appropriate approvals and renewals are conducted timely. Draft & co-design new product programs & new product approvals, by consolidating and reviewing inputs from Business, Risk (Credit, Operational, Fraud), Legal & Compliance and Operations.
