In-depth understanding of global blockchain trends and blockchain financial product standards. 3. Proven experience in customer-facing product design, with knowledge of fintech workflows, business architecture, and regulatory policies. 4. 1. Design blockchain-based financial systems aligned with business growth under international compliance frameworks, integrating Ant International's payment and fintech business characteristics. 2. Responsible for requirement analysis, feasibility assessment, and solution design for blockchain-based liquidity allocation products, delivering comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD). 3. Establish standardized blockchain-based fund products, incorporating industry best practices to drive compliant customer-facing blockchain solutions for Ant's global operations. 4. Research industry blockchain service models and promote product commercialization and penetration. 5. Collaborate with technical teams and project managers to ensure efficient delivery of requirements. 6. Oversee end-to-end product development cycles from launch to operation, ensuring timeline adherence and quality control.
1. Setup financial support mechanism to align with blockchain-based business growth under international compliance frameworks 2. Understand the standardized blockchain-based funds product and business model, be able to support Ant International's financial management work with that knowledge, including financial analysis, budget preparation and management, financial forecasting, project support, etc 3. Work closely with business team, and related product team, support commercial blockchain-based product pricing,setup the pricing review mechanism 4. Work closely finance internal team includes but not limited in FOC, reporting tax to ensure blockchain-based product financial compliance at both business unit and legal entity level 5. Provide legal support in relation to innovative financing transactions based on blockchain and digital infrastructure as well as other cutting-edge technologies, including, among others, financing structuring, fund raising, structured and derivative products, regulated activities and other web3.0 related regulatory advice. 2. The Fintech Client Solutions position is an individual responsible for business development, client relationship management and solution implementation empowered by AI and Blockchain technology in the fund management domain of foreign exchange and B2B/B2C payment. As a key member of Solution Architect team, he or she will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand clients’ business needs, identify tech-based products/services, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality fund related products and services. Responsibilities: 1.Conduct in-depth analysis of client fund related processes, objectives, and challenges to develop innovative and effective solutions 2.Identify potential clients, make the pitch, maintain client relationships and implement the solution using industry-leading AI and blockchain technologies 3. Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define products and services requirements, scope, and functionality 4. User Growth & Channel Management: Develop and execute global user acquisition strategies through various channels including social media, community, content marketing, partnerships, and online/offline events; 2. Customer Service System Development & Optimization:System Building: Design and establish the company's customer service framework, including but not limited to implementing a ticketing system, knowledge base, community support channels, and SOPs.Team Enablement: Assist in recruiting, training, and enabling a team of support specialists to provide professional, efficient, and multilingual 24/7 customer support.Experience Monitoring: Implement user satisfaction tracking mechanisms (e.g., NPS/CSAT) to continuously monitor and improve support quality and user satisfaction.Feedback Loop: Systematically collect, analyze, and categorize user feedback and common issues.
