The Fintech Client Solutions position is an individual responsible for business development, client relationship management and solution implementation empowered by AI and Blockchain technology in the fund management domain of foreign exchange and B2B/B2C payment. As a key member of Solution Architect team, he or she will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand clients’ business needs, identify tech-based products/services, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality fund related products and services. Responsibilities: 1.Conduct in-depth analysis of client fund related processes, objectives, and challenges to develop innovative and effective solutions 2.Identify potential clients, make the pitch, maintain client relationships and implement the solution using industry-leading AI and blockchain technologies 3. Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define products and services requirements, scope, and functionality 4. Configure the system set-up and parameters according to clients’ needs from time to time 5. Assis in managing the architecture and designing of economy model of new products and services. 6. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration of products and services 7. Overview product testing, validation, and optimization to ensure high performance, scalability, and security 8. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Relationship Cultivation: Cultivate robust, long-term relationships with our FI clients, comprising e-wallets, commercial banks, and other financial entities. Grasp their distinct business needs, challenges, and objectives within the payment, marketing and user growth solutions landscape • Multi-Solution Growth Strategy: Collaborate with BD team to discern upsell and cross-sell prospects within existing FI client accounts. Conduct meticulous analysis of client portfolios to proactively identify growth potential and devise bespoke solutions across payment and marketing domains • Innovation and Solution Presentation: Craft and deliver captivating presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to FI clients, showcasing the extraordinary value and benefits of our integrated payment and marketing solutions • Tailored Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for each FI client, delving into their unique payment processing requisites, marketing objectives, compliance imperatives, and technological preferences • Collaborative Contract Negotiation: Lead purposeful and collaborative contract negotiations with FI clients, forging mutually beneficial terms while upholding industry regulations and best practices. • Elevated Customer Support: Provide elite customer support to FI clients, formulating regular reviews, catering to inquiries, troubleshooting complexities, and ensuring complete satisfaction • Industry Insight and Expertise: Stay at the forefront of payment and marketing industry developments, encompassing cutting-edge technologies, regulatory transformations, and competitor dynamics. Leverage your expertise to offer strategic advice to FI clients • Revenue Forecasting Excellence: Engage in astute monitoring and analysing account performance, payment processing volumes, marketing campaign effectiveness, and revenue trends for each FI client. Deliver regular updates and precise revenue forecasts to the management team • Solution-Focused Issue Resolution: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, such as Product team, Tech team, etc., to proactively address and resolve any client concerns or technical intricacies • CRM Empowerment: Harness the power of our CRM system to maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, sales endeavours, and progress, empowering data-driven decision-making
• Leads a team of BDs and collaborate with a broad functional teams to manage accounts of significant size, depth, and complexity specifically focused on the specific industry. • Continues to hire and build out a high performance enterprise BD team with deep specific industry expertise. Ensures clarity in assignment of territories / customer account, set goals and quota, pipeline development etc.. • Builds a team culture focused on long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring AWS’s customer obsession culture remains at the forefront of team’s focus. • Aligns multiple stakeholders and lines of business in and across accounts that required complex decision-making process, including multiple company executives across both the customer and AWS. Role requires influencing and orchestrating BD activities and teams across multiple geographies. • Deeply understands the opportunities within the customers and their business needs and finds new ways to articulate these as commercial constructs. Represents customer needs and helps define product requirements to improve adoption and overall customer satisfaction. • Negotiates critical relationships and agreements with customers, suppliers or other external partners at the higher levels. May acts as the escalation point for non-standard agreement terms, including need to employ higher level management to help close agreement. • Operates with significant discretion, taking actions to resolve problems on behalf of their team and/or issues that are impeding the business. Regularly provides learning and expertise that influences broader industry cloud adoption. • Interacts with senior management or executive levels to gain support for items that require escalation while writing convincing and professional documents that require limited direction on matters of importance to company or customers, reviews and provides feedback and coaching to members of the team for the same. • Builds credibility with, earns the trust of, and influences C-level client contacts and internal stakeholders. • Influential with executive-level leadership. May be required to speak externally or otherwise evangelize AWS platform, services and customers across the specific industry more broadly.
1. You will be directly responsible for acquiring, managing and maintaining key Partner relationships with companies / financial institutions across Africa, South Asia, South America that are able to introduce clients to WorldFirst. 2. You will work closely with these partners to drive referrals into the WorldFirst business. These Partnerships may include Referral, Affiliate, or Enterprise type of relationships. 3. You will be required to connect, manage and maintain key Partner relationships with relevant business associations to promote WorldFirst brand awareness and make WorldFirst to be top of mind among associations’ members. 4. You will be required to handle API related integration projects with strategic partners that require seamless integration of their platforms with WorldFirst platform. 5. You'll need to be up-to-date with WorldFirst's latest products and services to proficiently promote these to our partners and their clients, representing WorldFirst with the utmost integrity. 6. You’ll be responsible for making regular contact with our partner network, providing feedback on any issues they face and delivering solutions to help them overcome their pain points. 7. You need to be comfortable representing WorldFirst in a wide variety of scenarios and locations across trade shows, partner webinars and marketing activities. 8. You need to work closely with Internal teams across multiple disciplines to ensure the smooth and successful on-boarding and activation of partners, including securing buy-in from senior stakeholders of an expanding portfolio of large-scale partnerships 9. You need to work in collaboration with our partners and internal teams to produce relevant marketing material, assess product solution requirements and on-site and remote partner training and support requirements
1. Design and drive payment and financing solutions targeting e-commerce ecosystem participants, including e-marketplaces, site builders, logistics, advertising suppliers, etc. 2. Collaborate with Internal teams (i.e. marketing, onboarding, CRM, etc.) to produce relevant sales needed materials and tools to enable enterprise BD team globally to sell above solutions efficiently and effectively 3. Run the Centre of Excellence platform – bringing together international enterprise partnership best practices across the globe into an Enterprise Standard Operating Process and addressing international enterprise collaboration issues 4. The solutions aim to cover full value chain of those enterprise partners, including mass payout, treasury management, seller recruitment service and potentially factoring service 5. The goals of the enterprise business would be 1) to maximize the engagement with those partners to bring customers to WorldFirst seller business; 2) to generate transaction volume and revenue directly from those enterprise clients 6. Perform various administrative and operational duties to drive effectiveness. These operational tasks include but are not limited to preparation of materials for senior management, facilitate key management meetings, maintenance of target timelines of initiatives & getting updates to drive traction, draft processes & validate implementation of initiatives.
