1. Extensive experience in Web3/DeFi ecosystem growth, or partnership roles； 2. Deep understanding of DeFi protocols (e.g., lending/borrowing platforms, DEXs, yield aggregators), stablecoin mechanics, and blockchain infrastructure； 3. Proven track record of driving TVL, liquidity, or user growth in Web3 projects； 4. Strong network within the Web3 ecosystem (founders, developers, protocols)； 5. Passion for decentralized finance and the tokenization of real-world assets； 6. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
工作职责
As a Web3 Ecosystem Specialist, you will spearhead the growth of our RWA products within the Web3 space, focusing on increasing Total Value Locked (TVL) by driving adoption across DeFi protocols, stablecoin issuers, lending platforms, and decentralized communities. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, business development acumen, and deep familiarity with the Web3 landscape. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to position our RWA solutions as core infrastructure in decentralized finance. 1. Web3 RWA Solution Development: Identify, engage, and onboard strategic partners such as DeFi protocols, stablecoin projects, liquidity pools and blockchain networks to integrate RWA products； Structure partnerships to drive TVL growth, including liquidity mining programs, collateralization opportunities, and yield-bearing RWA products； 2. Ecosystem Strategy: Develop and execute initiatives to expand RWA adoption in Web3, including governance proposals, incentivized campaigns, and co-marketing efforts with DeFi platforms； Monitor and analyze trends in DeFi, stablecoins, and cross-chain interoperability to identify new RWA use cases； 3. Metrics-Driven Growth: Track TVL, user adoption, and liquidity metrics to optimize partnerships and campaigns； Report on ecosystem performance and propose data-driven strategies to scale RWA visibility； 4. Community Engagement: Build relationships with key Web3 communities, participants, and influencers to advocate for RWA adoption； Represent the company at Web3 conferences, hackathons, and AMA sessions.
Token Listing & Partnerships Intern Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and curious intern to join our crypto team, supporting token listing operations and partnership initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving digital asset ecosystem under HK SFC regulatory framework. 1. Technical Strategy & Architecture: Own the overall technical architecture design, technology selection, and evolution plan for the Web3 wallet APP. Develop and execute a long-term technical roadmap； 2. 0-to-1 Product Development: Lead the entire development lifecycle of the wallet APP, including requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, launch, and continuous iteration, ensuring high-quality project delivery； 3. Blockchain Integration & Innovation:Possess deep expertise in interacting with multiple public chains, responsible for integrating and managing blockchain nodes, and optimizing on-chain transaction speed and success rates.Have an in-depth understanding of the technical details of interacting with DeFi protocols, including smart contract invocation, signing, Gas optimization, and security audit points. Lead the team to implement secure and reliable complex features like DeFi and Staking.Explore and integrate cutting-edge technologies such as Account Abstraction, and cross-chain bridges to enhance product competitiveness； 4. Security & Performance Assurance: Establish the highest standards for secure coding practices and security audit processes. Bear ultimate technical responsibility for the security of core modules like private key/mnemonic management and transaction signing. Continuously optimize APP performance and user experience； 5. Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team, including front-end, back-end, mobile, and blockchain engineers. Foster a positive and collaborative technical culture； 6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Operations, and Design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
