1. Capital Raising & Revenue Ownership: Drive Results: Take full ownership of the sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing. You are responsible for meeting aggressive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Asset Under Management (AUM) targets; Commercial Strategy: Architect and execute the go-to-market strategy for high-value tokenized financial assets, ensuring product-market fit for conservative, high-net-wealth investors; 2. Elite Network Activation: Unlock"Old Money“:Leverage a deep, pre-existing network within the Hong Kong and APAC Family Office, Private Banking, and UHNW sectors; Trusted Advisor:Act as the primary conduit for traditional capital entering the digital asset space, positioning our products not as ”crypto speculation“but as sophisticated, structural asset allocation; 3. High-Touch Event Curation: Closed-Door Access: Design, organize, and execute exclusive, high-impact private events (e.g., private dinners, closed-door salons, investment retreats) to foster trust and facilitate deal flow; Circle Marketing: Utilize these intimate settings to educate the elite circle, translating complex blockchain logic into clear investment theses that resonate with traditional investors; 4. This role has a dual mission: acting as a "Risk Curator," you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and integrating top-tier on-chain partners and assets to build a robust investment ecosystem. Ecosystem Development & Risk Curation: From a "Risk Curator" perspective, proactively identify, engage, and evaluate potential on-chain partners, including but not limited to DeFi protocols, lending platforms, DEXs, and providers of innovative, high-quality assets (e.g., RWA, LSD).Conduct in-depth due diligence on potential partners, focusing on smart contract security, team background, tokenomics, and overall risk assessment.Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to drive the integration of vetted protocols and assets, building and expanding the universe of our asset strategies. Maintain long-term strategic relationships with key ecosystem partners and source essential resources required to close the loop on our strategies; 2. Fundraising & Investor Relations: Develop and execute the company's overall fundraising strategy. Identify, approach, and cultivate a global network of potential strategic investors. Lead the preparation of all fundraising materials.Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors, providing regular updates on the company's progress.
