Responsible for Reconciliation of Funding Cost • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and system consistency of channel funding cost • Implement robust reconciliation mechanisms to align internal systems with external partner records. End-to-End Management of Channel Settlements • Oversee the full lifecycle of fee settlements between channel partners and the company, including invoice verification, payment requests, dispute resolution, and exception handling. • Proactively identify and escalate potential risks to mitigate financial discrepancies. Design and Execution of Standardized Reconciliation Reports • Develop and maintain standardized reconciliation frameworks, leveraging multidimensional data analysis to identify critical variances and latent risks. • Deliver insights to drive process improvements and risk mitigation strategies. Digital Transformation of Reconciliation and Settlement Processes • Drive innovation by exploring and implementing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-based reconciliation tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention. • Collaborate with technology teams to optimize digital workflows and system integrations. Support Business Cost Analysis with Data-Driven Insights • Generate visualized analytical reports to meet the funding cost analysis needs of front-end business units. • Propose actionable process optimization strategies and cost-reduction initiatives based on data trends.
• Support Finance Senior Manager day-to-day accounting operations, focusing on cost and account payable (AP) for monthly general ledger booking and reporting. • Prepare account payables reconciliation and monthly financial reports including accounts settlement and account payable analysis. • Participate in project team for system enhancements or process implementation, and prepare business requirements document for finance related areas. • Recommend and implement financial related internal control and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), company policies and relevant laws/regulations. • Assist with both internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support. • Liaison with business team to provide support from finance and accounting perspective.
1. Take ownership of core module development for POIZON App checkout systems, payment channels, gateways, and settlement processing. 2. Implement product features through coding, deliver project development milestones, produce technical documentation, and collaborate on requirement analysis. 3. The (Senior) Treasury Manager will be a critical member of the treasury team of Ant International. The role will serve as Treasury subject matter expert and the go-to person for relevant internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will gain exposure to cash management, funding, foreign exchange, financial risk management activities of Ant International, supported by advanced treasury technology and data capabilities. Key responsibilities: 1. Drive design and implementation of comprehensive treasury solutions aimed at supporting the expansion of global businesses and operations, with a focus on foreign exchange, fund plan, cross border settlement etc. 2. Lead and manage negotiations of treasury contracts (credit facility, cash management etc.) with banks and external counterparties, ensuring optimal terms and conditions align with the company's strategic objectives and standards. 3. Execute day-to-day treasury transactions, including bank guarantees, foreign exchange, financial derivatives etc. 4. Collaborate closely with financial risk management, internal control, and compliance teams to ensure that all treasury activities and solutions conform to internal policies as well as relevant external regulations and laws. 5. Champion the digital transformation and automation of treasury processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy in transaction execution.
1. Have end-to-end ownership of new hotelsuppliers acquisitions and existing suppliers management, understand partners’ strategy and objectives, refined API operations, and help to grow the revenue. 2. Monitor supplier service performance, and ensure that hotel suppliers achieve high service quality through the cooperation process and the arsenal provided by the platform; 3. Able to promptly identify supplier API direct connection anomalies/stuck points, and effectively mobilize resources from all parties in the customer management backend, settlement and other processes. Combined with platform data, formulate high-quality growth plans for core customers to achieve sustainable growth for customers; 4. Participate in relevant exhibitions, seminars and activities on behalf of the company to promote the Trip.com brand and products; leverage the inventory and price coverage of hotels in corresponding overseas regions through the responsible customers to provide more for outbound and overseas guests accommodation options; 5. Inspire, encourage and empower team members to build a high-performance team, and create and seize new opportunities in an ever-evolving environment.
