• Support Finance Senior Manager day-to-day accounting operations, focusing on cost and account payable (AP) for monthly general ledger booking and reporting. • Prepare account payables reconciliation and monthly financial reports including accounts settlement and account payable analysis. • Participate in project team for system enhancements or process implementation, and prepare business requirements document for finance related areas. • Recommend and implement financial related internal control and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), company policies and relevant laws/regulations. • Assist with both internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support. • Liaison with business team to provide support from finance and accounting perspective.

Warehouse Operations Oversight - Monitor and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, storage, and distribution. - Track key delivery performance indicators, analyze data to identify bottlenecks, and develop actionable improvement plans. - Ensure all operational initiatives are implemented effectively and progress is tracked systematically. 2. Process Optimization - Lead the continuous enhancement of warehouse processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. - Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance across all warehouse functions. - Identify automation or system improvement opportunities to support operational excellence. 3. Logistics and Supplier Management - Manage day-to-day coordination with logistics partners and 3PL providers, ensuring adherence to performance standards. - Evaluate supplier performance and develop strategies for cost efficiency and service quality improvement. - Participate in vendor selection, bidding, and performance review processes. 4. Lean Logistics Planning - Drive lean logistics initiatives by analyzing current operations and designing optimized solutions for inbound, outbound, and inventory workflows. - Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance throughput and minimize waste. - Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into actionable logistics strategies. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration - Act as a liaison between internal teams (e.g., procurement, sales, and finance) and warehouse operations to ensure smooth coordination. - Support leadership in achieving cost, quality, and delivery objectives across the supply chain.
• Technical Delivery: • Proactively working with CSS customers to ensure their successful deployment of Oracle EBS/Fusion ERP • Requirements study/analysis, solution design, user training and system configuration / establishment of Oracle EBS/Fusion ERP finance/distribution modules deployment • Proved strong experience in enterprise finance digital transformation, finance share service center and integration of business and finance • Researching and responding to functional enquiries from customers • Supporting EBS/Fusion ERP SRs raised by customers • Service Management: • Coordinate the delivery of Oracle Services, serving as the primary delivery contact to the customer. • Align contracted services with customer goals and objectives, ensuring effective and efficient use of Oracle delivery resources. • Responsible for delivering to the contracted terms, achieving contract margin and revenue objectives. • Customer Relationship Management: • Develop and manage Oracle customer relationships with a designated large account or a small number of medium accounts throughout the contracted engagement. • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring consistency and quality of deliverables, helping them achieve their IT strategy and business goals. • Incident Management and Communication: • Act as a point of contact for any major incidents, managing communication and customer expectations through resolution. • Conduct periodic Service Account Planning and Account Reviews, performing scope and risk management. • Collaboration and Solution Identification: • Work collaboratively with Sales, delivery teams, and customers to identify appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements. • Establish and maintain a delivery governance model with the customer. • Identify and submit delivery leads for new opportunities and contract renewals.
Primary position responsibilities include: • Drive multiyear planning for the real estate portfolio, including strategy, business, financial and operational planning in alignment with the RE&F organization global and regional goals and client strategy. • Effectively leverage 3rd party vendors to deliver RE&F management services on time and within budget, consistent with the needs of the business client. • Create and drive community and teams within the campus, encompassing all areas of employee experience. • Ensure participation and compliance with regional and global RE&F programs, policies, standards, and best practices. • Ensure effective regional and local partnerships with supporting peer organizations: Microsoft Technology, Procurement, Finance, Legal Corporate Affairs and HR and foster service delivery integration to business clients. • Oversee and ensure successful delivery of the RE&F services and projects with financial rigor and accountability to include capital planning, forecasting, and budgeting. • Understand, forecast, and anticipate physical facility requirements and related service needs. China Workplace Experience Manager: • Manage direct report performance and foster growth. Serve as an escalation point, when required, for any challenges. Utilize success metrics to measure performance in relationship to Riot’s goals and objectives. • Support direct reports to drive strategy for and maintain standards of on-campus programs. • Provide guidance and escalation support for direct reports overseeing their own office environments. • Serve as the primary point of contact for local Rioters on workplace conditions and experience, making small shifts where possible and raising larger opportunities to regional leadership. Support Rioter onboarding from a Workplace Experience perspective. • Maintain office efficiency by planning and building office systems and layouts as well as procuring equipment. Work with building management to ensure maintenance, parking, and staff information all meet Riot standards. • Accountable for the overall inner-workings of the office and manage the day-to-day work of the local in-house contracted team. Liaise with office leadership, building management, suppliers, clients, etc. to provide a positive working environment. • Maintain external vendor and/or supplier relationships, holding vendor(s) responsible for established key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and overseeing site vendor contracts. APAC CRE • Build and maintain relationships with regional leadership to guarantee a high functioning workplace and workplace experience. Liaise with Riot leadership to understand business strategies and apply them to real estate and construction considerations. • Assess regional real estate market conditions, trends, and indicators that support Riot’s real estate goals and fit Rioter needs in the APAC region. Effectively communicate real estate opportunities and risks, transaction summaries, trends, and market research to WE management. • Oversee regional lease administration and management services for APAC, ensuring compliance with GAAP accounting requirements and local laws and regulations. • Manage projects within time, budget, and quality constraints to meet Riot needs using an Agile Scrum methodology. Organize, coordinate, and delegate project tasks to support project completion. • Partner with the central construction and real estate (CRE) team to ensure APAC transactions and projects align with the central strategy. Share regional perspective with central teams to bring the regional perspective into strategic planning efforts. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, conceptualize projects, and bring the vision to fruition using real estate and construction acumen. Coordinate all aspects of construction team needs and oversee the team, including, but not limited to, external brokers, architects, contractors, systems integrators, etc. • Ensure management of projects within constraints of time, budget, and quality. This includes punch-lists and close-out procedures to ensure vendors have achieved stated program goals and sites can become operational. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Legal, Strategic Finance, Accounting, HR, and Procurement to ensure Rioters’ needs are met.
