Legal Support for Technology Solutions:

•	Conduct thorough legal risk assessments for commercializing technology solutions internationally, and provide practical solutions based on market experience.
•	Draft and negotiate legal documents, including product agreements, sales agreements and partnership agreements.
•	Prepare and enhance standardized agreements for products.
•	Work closely with internal teams, including compliance, data privacy, and AML teams, to develop and implement risk mitigation measures.
•	Collaborate with internal control, finance, and product departments to create and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
•	Proactively observe market trends and industry practices and advise on risk tolerance levels and provide strategic risk mitigation advice.
