任职要求
1. 熟悉数据挖掘、机器学习和深度学习，在因果推断/运筹优化/特征表征/大模型/AIGC中至少一个领域具有深入的理解和研究，对广告、推荐和营销有实际研究或项目经验优先； 2. 熟悉Python和SQL编程，及基于其数据处理和机器学习流程研发。熟悉PyTorch、TensorFlow等深度学习框架的同学优先；曾在领域内顶级会议上发表论文优先，有国际会议或竞赛成果可加分； 3. 具备较强的沟通能力，主动性和团队协作精神，有技术洞察力，有产品意识，优秀的问题分析和解决能力，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情。
工作职责
1. 参与亿级用户规模的营销算法优化，通过智能流量投放、用户理解、个性化权益、智能创意等手段，优化营销系统的匹配效率与营销成本； 2. 抽象产品和运营的业务逻辑，构建业务分析模型及增长策略框架，为业务经营的智能化升级提供支持； 3. 参与前沿算法问题的探索与研究，结合实际应用场景，提供全面的技术解决方案。
