•	Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
•	5+ years of experience in growth, performance, digital marketing or related roles in Fintech or eCommerce domain.
•	Proven track record of successfully scaling campaigns and driving measurable growth, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
•	Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance metrics. Proficiency in data analytic tools ,SQL and marketing automation platforms (preferred)
•	Strong understanding and application of marketing frameworks (AARRR funnel, AOV, customer segmentation)
•	Proven ability to manage and optimize budgets effectively.
•	Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
•	Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

工作职责


Drive explosive yet sustainable growth for A+Rewards by architecting data-powered marketing engines across partner mobile ecosystems. You’ll own DAU and TPV targets by transforming operational efficiency into competitive advantage – where every funnel step, creative asset, and dollar spent is engineered to convert.

•	Develop, execute, and continuously refine end-to-end growth marketing strategies across integrated mobile payment partners to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
•	Plan, manage, and optimize seasonal campaigns across markets 
•	Conduct in-depth audience segmentation, keyword research, and targeting strategy development to maximize campaign effectiveness including click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
•	Lead the execution and analysis of A/B tests to improve campaign targeting, messaging, and creative elements and conversion rates, customer lifetime value (LTV), and ROI.
•	Analyze cross-channel marketing data to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous funnel optimization across the user journey.
•	Track, report, and communicate campaign performance and business impact to stakeholders on a regular basis, ensuring transparency and alignment with growth goals.

Operational Excellence & User Support - Develop, maintain, and update help center articles, FAQs, and in-product guidance (tooltips, tutorials) for the registration process. - Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams (Customer Support, Sales, Compliance) on onboarding-related queries and issues. - Monitor the onboarding funnel in real-time, proactively identifying and troubleshooting technical or usability issues that block users. - Manage and iterate on the user verification and KYC process, balancing user convenience with regulatory requirements. 3.
