In addition, we also have offices in major cities to serve our customers nationwide. For our Risk team, we are looking for a Credit Analyst to help us drive Risk initiatives within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.    You'll make an impact by    • Performing transaction risk analysis on a daily basis, collaborating and interfacing with Sales Sector Head(s) to effectively manage new transaction deal pipeline. • Conducting credit rating analysis and making the credit rating proposal. • Preparing credit reports for authority holders to make informed lending decisions and take calculated risks. • Conducting in-depth industry research and proposing solutions to address related risks and issues. • Assisting in establishing risk management policy and guidelines, analyzing overdue/rescheduling customers, and performing ad-hoc tasks as required. • If an authority holder, exercising lending or rating authority responsibly with prudent judgment.

1.Assist Relationship Manager to manage key partner relationship to achieve business targets 2.Explore new business opportunities in order to company strategy 3.Building tight relationship with HNW clients to complete team AUM and revenue target 4.Work closely with IA and product team and provide investment portfolio analysis and advices to the clients according to their needs, desires and risk profile 5.Support marketing team to build HNW activities based on the team resources 6.Be in responsible for the HNW client services, including account opening, maintenance, and other related tasks Manage the credit quality and monitor the margin level 7.Work on ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the management.

• Support Finance Senior Manager day-to-day accounting operations, focusing on cost and account payable (AP) for monthly general ledger booking and reporting. • Prepare account payables reconciliation and monthly financial reports including accounts settlement and account payable analysis. • Participate in project team for system enhancements or process implementation, and prepare business requirements document for finance related areas. • Recommend and implement financial related internal control and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), company policies and relevant laws/regulations. • Assist with both internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support. • Liaison with business team to provide support from finance and accounting perspective.

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing our turnkey asset management platform (TAMP) TradingFront business market share, improving customer engagement, and achieving high ROI - Create and lead a lifecycle management module to increase retention of institutional clients on TradingFront. - Build and manage strategic partnerships with asset management firms to drive business growth, collaborating with industry stakeholders to expand TradingFront’s reach. - Plan and execute quarterly events to promote brand awareness and build strong relationships with institutional clients - Brainstorm and implement offline marketing initiatives aimed at driving institutional sales and revenue growth - Regularly monitor and assess marketing campaign performance, making adjustments to optimize results and maximize ROI - Conduct strategic competitor analysis and market research to inform business strategy and identify growth opportunities - Lead the creation and implementation of SEO-driven marketing content, to grow institutional clients' traction on TradingFront - Author thought-leadership articles to position the platform as a leader in the institutional finance space
