1.Business Support & Financial Analysis : Act as a strategic partner to business teams by deeply understanding the operating model, delivering regular P&L, cost, and profitability analysis, and supporting sustainable financial growth. 2.Decision Support:Provide data-driven insights and financial modeling for key initiatives such as new projects, pricing strategy, ROI analysis, and cost optimization, enabling informed and timely business decisions. 3.Management Reporting & Performance Tracking:Actively engage in budget, forecasting, and planning processes to ensure alignment between business strategies and financials; Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports and KPI dashboards to management, offering actionable insights that support goal achievement and performance accountability. 4.Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with functions such as PD, Tax, HR, Legal, and accounting to ensure compliance and drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency.

1. 支持全球速卖通平台风险合规管控，负责产出周期性风险合规报告，分析欧洲业务风险合规事件、监督合规报告数据、评估分析风险异常情况； 2. 支持重点国家业务与相关国际监管部门的日常沟通、合规协查执行及突发合规事件处理。做到及时发现预警，准确传达监管诉求，并协调公司内外部资源合理应对 3. 从平台视角，以法律法规为基础，对合规体系进行建设及对各种业务场景进行合规评估，制定全链路合规治理方案，包括但不限于产品优化、主动/被动防控机制、投诉/申诉等，平衡体验与风险，确保平台欧洲范围内符合合规要求； 4.通过内外部工具关注重点国家业务商品合规动态信息，及时获悉并解读相关政策、法律法规和合规要求。并与法务定期评估重点国家商品合规情况，进行相应合规整改 5.良好的项目管理能力，整合产研资源，协同上下游各职能团队，推动重要风控项目落地实施，平衡风险合规控制和商业发展。 1. Risk and Compliance Management for AliExpress Platform: Responsible for overseeing risk and compliance controls, producing periodic risk and compliance reports, analyzing risk and compliance incidents in European operations, monitoring compliance data, and assessing and analyzing risk anomalies. 2. Daily Communication and Compliance Coordination with International Regulatory Authorities: Manage regular communication with regulatory bodies in key countries, execute compliance investigations, and handle sudden compliance incidents. Ensure timely detection and early warning, accurately convey regulatory requirements, and coordinate internal and external resources to respond effectively. 3. Compliance System Construction and Business Scenario Assessment: From a platform perspective, build a compliance system based on laws and regulations, assess compliance across various business scenarios, and develop end-to-end compliance governance solutions. This includes but is not limited to product optimization, active/passive prevention mechanisms, and complaint/appeal handling, balancing user experience and risk to ensure platform compliance across Europe. 4. Monitoring and Compliance Review of Key Countries' Product Compliance: Use internal and external tools to monitor product compliance dynamics in key countries, stay updated on and interpret relevant policies, laws, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with the legal team to regularly evaluate product compliance in key countries and implement necessary compliance improvements. 5. Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrate strong project management skills, integrate product and R&D resources, and collaborate with upstream and downstream functional teams to drive the implementation of critical risk control projects. Balance risk compliance control with business development objectives.

We seek to hire Legal Counsel (Global Commercial) who will be a key member of the growing legal team supporting AliExpress global e-commerce business around the world. This role will be based in Hangzhou, China office. Primary Responsibilities  Support and advise on global corporate and commercial aspects of our e-commerce business’ global expansion of current and proposed new initiatives.  Provide advice to business teams on various aspects (including marketing, promotion, super buyer, advertising, etc.) of the implementation of business models and strategies, business operations, product offerings, marketing activities and commercial agreements.  Partnering with business, tech, product and risk management and other relevanr departments respectively, set up and maintain the marketing and promotion framework and programs on e-commerce related activities.  Negotiate, draft, and review various types of agreements and policies.  Research local laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions and manage external counsel.

Global Security Infrastructure & Architecture ● Build baseline security architectures across markets, including access management, data protection, audit/logging, and threat detection; ● Support regional business security unification while respecting localized needs. Internationalization of Security Products ● Lead internationalization efforts for internal security tools: multi-language support, local deployment architecture, and regional compliance standards; ● Deliver modular, API-driven, and SaaS-compatible security components for overseas platforms. Compliance & Data Sovereignty ● Design and enforce compliance frameworks aligning with GDPR, PDPA, CCPA, and other regional data privacy regulations; ● Support data localization, cross-border flow auditing, and international privacy mechanism design. Security Operations & Threat Response ● Co-build regionalized security operations capabilities (SOC-lite models, incident response playbooks, multilingual ticketing systems); ● Establish globally coordinated threat intel and response mechanisms. Cross-Team & Talent Development ● Work closely with security engineering, platform, legal, compliance, and international operations teams; ● Mentor or hire security professionals with international capabilities and build the foundation of a globally distributed team.
