1.根据蚂蚁汇款战略发展的需要,有效分解及执行拓展合作计划,达成业务预期目标及结果 2.深入了解汇款行业产品和趋势,提供综合解决方案以发展境外金融合作伙伴/客户关系 3.牵头并协调内外部各方按时有效的推进业务和方案,确保整个业务发展和方案产出执行落地 4.根据行业经验和对用户的洞察,提出汇款相关的创新型业务解决方案和优化方案 1.According to the strategy of Ant Global Remittance Business, do analysis and make plan to develop the remittance business and achieve the result with internal & external resources. 2.Develop the customers & overseas bank and other financial institutions as the Money Transfer Operator partner to provide them the solutions to grow the business and take charge for business performance 3.Coordinate with internal team to complete the solutions with every effort to ensure the delivery 4.Raise up the innovative solutions based on the industry experience and insight on users
1. Local Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies. Act as a central point of contact for coordinating resources across multiple departments. Understand the horizontal architecture and resource distribution of the business to effectively allocate and manage resources. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth operations and project delivery. 2. Project Management: Create and manage projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Design and implement processes that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion. 3. Traffic and User Experience: Guarantee traffic for Local products through connection with internal channels. Collaborate with product teams to enhance user experience and service quality, improving traffic for local products. Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements. Work closely with the product team to ensure that user needs are met and exceeded. 4. Stakeholder Communication: Engage with customers, users, product teams, partners, and other relevant parties to understand their needs and expectations. Conduct deep-level communications to uncover and address underlying requirements. Ensure clear and consistent communication between different teams and stakeholders. 5. Data Analysis and Decision-Making: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy development. This role demands a deep understanding of the Region Payment landscape , and Alipay+'s technology suite, which connects global brands with mobile-savvy consumers worldwide. The successful candidate will manage the strategic key accounts, developing multi-stream business cooperation deeply embedded in each partner's ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in major accounts (including digital wallets, banks, etc) , leveraging Alipay+'s digital payment and digitalization technology solutions. 2. Cultivate comprehensive, long-term relationships with each partner, aiming to embed Alipay+'s solutions across various business streams. 3. Navigate and coordinate across multiple internal digital platforms and tech services offered by Alipay+ to enhance partner businesses, provide actionable insights to shape product and partnerships. 4. Stay updated with global payment trends, and develop tailored proposals that align with partner needs and Alipay+'s strategic goals, ensuring seamless integration and maximized value from each partnership. 5. Primarily responsible for the local market, and may also manage partners in other regions.
1.为菜鸟全球供应链欧洲区域的业务发展、本地仓储配送网络建设、本地运营及合规事务提供法律支持。 Provide legal assistance for the business development, local Logistics warehousing and distributionn construction, local operation and compliance matters for Cainiao’s Global Supply Chain business in Europe. 2.对新业务类型、新业务模式进行调研、协议架构设计及法律风险分析评估,并提供整体法律支持。 Research and analyze on new business opportunity and new business models, provide legal advice, risk analysis and design contract structure, and assist on all relevant legal aspects. 3.检索各类法律问题并提供咨询意见。 Research and advice on different legal topics. 4.起草、审核和修改各类合同(物流服务协议,采购协议,租赁协议及技术服务协议等)及法律文件,支持商务谈判、合同签署及履约管理。持续优化合同模板和法务流程。 Draft, review and revise various kinds of contracts (logistics service contract, procurement contract, leasing contract and technical service contract, etc.) and legal documents, assist in commercial negotiation, contract execution and performance. Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes. 5.单独或管理律师处理诉讼、纠纷及仲裁事宜; 协助处理突发风险事件,提供可行、可操作的解决方案 Separately or manage external lawyer to manage disputes, and litigation/arbitration matters. Assist in handling emergency issues, and provide practical solutions 6.筛选高性价比的优质外部律师资源并进行有效管理。 Select high quality and cost effective external law firms and make well management. 7.其他当地公司日常运营所需要的法务工作。 Provide legal support for other daily operation matters of local Cainiao entities in Europe or Spain . 职位描述 1.当地知名学校法律类专业本科以上学历,具有当地法律执业资格。 Bachelor degree in law or above accredited from top ranked law school in Europe, and bar admission in Spain. 2.五年以上跨国企业或知名律师事务所工作经验,具有中国企业工作经验者将优先考虑。 Minimum 5 years relevant experience in leading law firms/multinational environment, and work experience in Chinese companies is preferred. 3.具备国际物流、货代、海外仓储行业和/或跨境电商行业工作经验。 Experience in international logistics/international freight forwarding business /Overseas warehousing Industry and/or cross border e-commerce business. 4.能够独立为西班牙及欧洲本地业务提供法律支持,接受适度的管理,有能力分辨何时需要总部/外部支持。 Ability to function independently, with moderate supervision and awareness when to involve global team or external expert. 5.适应有压力及多任务并行的工作环境,有能力处理高工作量,可区分工作优先级并效率工作。 Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task, and ability to handle high volume of work, recognize priorities, and manage time effectively. 6.可以英语、中文作为工作语言,具有优异的英语及中文读写和谈判能力,具有一定西班牙语能力者将优先考虑; Excellent speaking, writing and negotiating skills in English and Mandarin Chinese (as working language), and Spanish is a plus. 7.工作主动积极,具有团队精神,适应变化。 Proactive and team player, ability to adapt to changes.

1. Taiwanese Hi-Tech Account Management: • Develop and maintain deep, C-level relationships with key stakeholders within Taiwanese hi-tech companies (EMS, semiconductor, etc.). • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their digital transformation roadmaps, operational pain points, and strategic goals. • Lead the sales cycle for opportunities in smart factory, universal identification including facial recognition but not limited using SenseTime's AI platform and products. • Ensure service delivery and satisfaction to maintain and grow existing revenue streams. 2. Global Account Management (GAM): • Develop and execute global account plans for a select portfolio of strategic international clients. • Coordinate with internal SenseTime teams (pre-sales, product, R&D) and regional offices including NEA and SEA to ensure a unified sales strategy and service model. • Drive adoption of SenseTime's technology stack into the client's global operations, negotiating complex, multi-year agreements. 3. Sales & Business Development: • Proactively identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of new opportunities within your target accounts. • Articulate the tangible business value of SenseTime's Computer Vision and Generative AI solutions to both technical and executive audiences. • Lead proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. • Provide accurate sales forecasting and market feedback to leadership.
