工作职责


1. Local Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies.
Act as a central point of contact for coordinating resources across multiple departments.
Understand the horizontal architecture and resource distribution of the business to effectively allocate and manage resources.
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth operations and project delivery.

2. Project Management:
Create and manage projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Design and implement processes that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.

3. Traffic and User Experience:
Guarantee traffic for Local products through connection with internal channels.
Collaborate with product teams to enhance user experience and service quality, improving traffic for local products.
Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements.
Work closely with the product team to ensure that user needs are met and exceeded.

4. Stakeholder Communication:
Engage with customers, users, product teams, partners, and other relevant parties to understand their needs and expectations.
Conduct deep-level communications to uncover and address underlying requirements.
Ensure clear and consistent communication between different teams and stakeholders.

5. Data Analysis and Decision-Making:
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
