任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、统计等数学及相关专业，两年以上机器学习应用经验；有搜索、推荐、广告、数据挖掘等领域丰富的实战经验，在用户理解、召回排序、文本理解中一个或多个领域有深入实践；有国内外优秀论文发表者优先； 2.掌握机器学习相关算法原理，如逻辑回归、XGboost、深度学习、强化学习、迁移学习等，了解各类算法的优缺点；能够熟练运用机器学习、自然语言处理、匹配技术、预估、强化学习、智能生成等技术解决有挑战性的问题； 3.良好的数据结构、算法和编程功底，熟练掌握Python、SQL等；熟悉大规模数据处理平台ODPS等，熟悉主流深度学习工具TensorFlow/Pytorch等； 4.良好的口头与书面沟通表达能力，具有很好的团队合作精神。
工作职责
1.运用大数据与AI技术，参与蚂蚁保险数字化运营算法研发，推动营销推荐、用户增长相关算法在互联网保险领域落地，包括用户理解、个性化排序技术、事件营销、潜客挖掘等。实现保险业务运营各环节效率提升； 2.深入理解用户和保险产品，通过智能化的人群定向、点击率/转化率预估建模等技术实现需求的精准匹配和产品推荐。
