任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业； 2.2年及以上工作经验，有银行、支付机构、证券、互联网金融等金融行业核心系统（支付、清算、账务、交易）高可用与资金安全相关工作经验者优先； 3.具备扎实的计算机基础知识，熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如Java、Python等； 4.熟悉微服务架构、分布式事务框架、消息队列（事务/非事务）、分布式缓存、数据库的使用方式和原理； 5.具备良好的团队合作和沟通能力；具备快速学习和适应变化的能力；具备风险意识和责任心，对潜在的风险高度敏感。
工作职责
1.负责财保关键业务（如基金、余额宝、证券、保险等）的高可用架构设计与持续优化，确保关键服务在极端条件下能够稳定运行； 2.负责财保资金安全平台的构建、架构设计及开发，建立精细化，数字化，智能化的资金安全布防能力，保障万亿资金规模； 3.负责财保关键系统的风险评估，识别潜在的稳定性风险、性能瓶颈和资金安全隐患，推动改进； 4.持续跟踪业界在金融级高可用、资金安全、容灾、数据准确性等领域的最佳实践和新技术。
