工作职责
1. 理解大模型应用、智能体相关技术，与产品团队及架构师团队紧密合作，进行项目全周期分析与设计，确保项目按时交付并达到质量标准； 2. 提供架构设计方案及性能优化措施，主导技术难题的攻克过程； 3. 负责现有软件产品的维护与升级工作，快速定位并修复缺陷，提升系统性能； 4. 参与系统架构设计、接口规范的制定及技术文档的编写工作，支持团队成员间的有效沟通与协作； 5. 输出的产品服务于国内外主要金融机构及互联网企业，确保技术成果能够满足业务需求。
