1. Strong Leadership in the Fintech industry to develop their positioning and brand as executive, trusted advisor and thought leader in the market. Influences the mindset of customers by challenging the status-quo, bringing innovative ideas and showcasing the unique role that Ant Digital Technologies can play; 2. A key driver of enabling new business models and bring their executive expertise to remove barriers and bring market trends to customer senior leadership teams which enables a shared vision on their innovation journey.; 3. Capture, consolidate, and share industrial-specific best-practice knowledge and share with both inside the Ant Digital Technologies business, as well closely work with global and industrial eco-systems and associations, to leverage the strength of the industrial eco-system and bring the impact of Ant Digital Technologies; 4. Understanding the unique requirements of customers and partners from key industries (such as Financial services, Telecommunications, Public sector, Digital Native etc.), helping to define their business and technical solutions and architecture based on Ant Digital Technologies products and services, including business and financial security, digital banking, financial cloud, intelligent marketing, AI agents and other solutions, ensuring that the solutions meet customers' business needs and compliance requirements; 5. Technical Communication and Demonstration: Provide technical communication and product demonstrations for customers, introduce software functions, technical architecture, and advantages in an easy-to-understand manner, and answer customers' technical questions. Assist the sales team with pre-sales support, provide professional technical advice, and enhance customer confidence in the product; 6. Solutions Ownership and Product Optimization: Collect overseas market trends, customer feedback, and competitor information, and provide feedback to the product development team. Provide valuable suggestions for function optimization and version upgrades of financial industry-related software products to better adapt to overseas market demands and competitive environments; 7. Project Implementation and Delivery Support: During the project implementation phase, you will work closely with the development and implementation teams to provide technical guidance and solution explanations. You will assist in resolving technical difficulties encountered during project implementation, ensuring that the payment system is deployed and launched smoothly according to the design plan and operates stably. You will also participate in project acceptance checks to ensure that the deliverables meet customer expectations.

• Be a subject matter expert on databases, particularly on Relational Databases, able to discuss with customer on database modelling, migration, performance testing and day to day operations • Have wide ranging experience with open source and commercial databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle & SQL Server…etc • Be familiar with major cloud service providers in using it for deployment of workloads (AWS, Alicloud, GCP, Azure…etc) • Be a technical expert on all aspects of OceanBase (compatibility assessment, deployment, administration, development, migration…etc) • Facilitate introduction, discussion and demonstration of OceanBase’s technology, vision and value proposition either via individual or group sessions with customers • Engage and discover prospects’ pain points, business/technical challenges and identify how OceanBase can add value • Run Proof of Concept projects with customers to validate OceanBase’s capabilities Support post sale OceanBase implementation with OceanBase delivery team • Maintain deep understanding of competitive as well as complementary technologies and how to position OceanBase DB in relation to them • Provide guidance on how to resolve customer-specific technical challenges • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve OceanBase product and position in the market
1. Based on customer scenarios, combine and configure various cloud products to create deployable solutions. 2. Continuously analyze the effectiveness of the solutions, attend to user feedback, identify and abstract typical issues, and continuously optimize the solutions to enhance user experience. 3. Participate in the project management of solution development, collaborating with product managers, R&D engineers, test engineers, interaction designers, product operations, and others to drive project implementation.
