任职要求
1. Financial Expertise: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred. Must possess a deep understanding of financial markets and products, particularly in contexts relevant to DeFi and tokenized assets；
2. Web3 Knowledge & Passion: Deep understanding and passion for blockchain, cryptocurrency and Defi. Must be proficient with Web3 wallets, smart contracts, and common DApps. Prior operational or investment experience in this field is a significant advantage；
3. Exceptional English Proficiency: Fluent spoken English and native-level or near-native written English skills are mandatory. You must be able to conduct international business meetings, write professional English market content and user documentation, and engage deeply with a global community without barriers；
4. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in product operations, growth operations, financial analysis, or a related field. Experience in a Web3 project, financial institution, or fintech company is highly preferred；
