We are seeking a Product Manager to support our International Product and Design Team for Ant globalization business. - Act as the payment expert/consultant for the product internally and externally, and as the primary contact for queries related to the product - Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders, project-manage the integration of payment channels onto the Alipay platform and overseas E2E development process from evaluating contracts to go-live - Understand, define and track product performance metrics and continuously enhance customer experience and performance - Translate business requirements into product requirement/ user stories - Ensure the development team understands the context and specifications to deliver a quality product within the timeline - Understand user mindset and behaviour through research, observation, data-mining, and E2E testing

· Recommending and driving projects to improve customer pain points within larger Payments organization and services across Amazon · Own the day to day operational relationship with our external FX and payments partners · Identifying operational gaps in new offerings and setting operational requirements for new projects · Managing medium to large sized business operations projects · Interfacing with business and technical customers, gathering requirements and producing data-driven analysis; partnering with internal teams to support new payment products or functionality post launch · Working with technology teams to drive payment processing performance improvement · Defining metrics for assessing performance and trends

Responsibilities 1. Handle and verify daily domestic and international payments, bank reconciliation and bank accounts book closing for local and overseas entities; 2. Monitor inflows and outflows of the entities to ensure sufficient working capital and maximize yield on excess cash; 3. Maintain proper records in Treasury Management System (TMS) and other related systems; 4. Handle bank accounts opening and administration, including ongoing KYC and compliance; 5. Liaise with banks on payment, cash management, account reconciliation and other banking matters; 6. Prepare periodic treasury and cash management reporting; 7. Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management.
