任职要求
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields preferred. 2. 7+ years of experience in Fintech Lending, SME Financing, solutions design, or business management at fintech companies. Familiarity with credit products, risk management, payment systems, and financing methodologies. 3. 3+ years of work experience in supply chain financing, familiar with the local supply chain ecosystem (such as manufacturing, retail, agriculture, etc.) and financial regulatory requirements. 4. 工作职责
1. Responsible for expanding local supply chain finance business in Indonesia under a multi-finance licensed entity, connecting with core enterprises, principals, logistical providers and financial institutions 2. Identify customers' capital needs in the supply chain and market suitable financial solutions (such as order financing, AR financing, working capital…etc.). 3. Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, and business model design across the full value chain of overseas financial credit technology. Identify competitive advantages and scalable growth pathways, and take ownership of business ROI and cost-effectiveness. 4. Develop commercial solutions for credit businesses, including customer acquisition, risk management, product operations, and financing services. Internally integrate resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data, modeling, strategy, R&D) to drive implementation. 5. Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and fintech developments in target markets. Deeply understand local legal, privacy, compliance, and data security requirements to design tailored solutions and operational models.
