工作职责


1. Relationship Architect and Revenue Strategy Lead:
As the Strategic Account Manager, you will serve as the principal architect of client relationships and headline revenue-generation strategies on the front lines. This role calls for a rare blend of deep expertise, exceptional learning agility, resilience to pressure, and adaptive problem-solving skills. Most critically, you must possess outstanding interpersonal abilities and emotional intelligence to masterfully manage and nurture high-value relationships with sophisticated asset issuers, investors, and ecosystem partners. Your credibility and trustworthiness will be key assets in driving business forward.
2. Go-to-Market Design and End-to-End Execution:
Your core mandate is to conceive, develop, and execute comprehensive 0-1 go-to-market strategies that position our tokenization platform as the solution of choice for clients seeking real-world asset exposure via blockchain, on both the issuer and investor sides. You will own the entire commercial cycle—from initiating prospect outreach and opportunity exploration to structuring proposals and negotiating contracts. As a trusted advisor, you’ll bridge the gap between technical complexities of tokenization and clients’ strategic on-chain objectives, guiding them throughout their digital asset journey.
3. Cross-functional Product Solutioning and Stakeholder Leadership:
Working in direct partnership with technical teams, you will shape and deliver bespoke tokenization frameworks meeting unique client needs, all while assuring compliance across diverse regulatory landscapes. You’ll orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations involving legal, compliance, risk, and technical representatives across organizations. Your ability to design robust business cases, articulate compelling value propositions for RWA tokenization, and balance financial returns with operational efficiencies will be instrumental in enabling customer buy-in and successful implementation.
4. Market Intelligence and Thought Leadership:
Maintaining a pulse on RWA market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity is a critical aspect of this role. You will synthesize market intelligence to refine commercial strategies and anticipate client needs. Through industry event participation, strategic thought leadership, and content creation, you will champion our platform’s value, reinforce our leadership position, and generate inbound business interest in target markets.
