任职要求
1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in financial services, fintech, or asset management, ideally with a track record in solution development and partnership management in complex, fast-changing environments；
2. In-depth understanding of AI, Web3, Real World Assets (RWA), blockchain principles, and the regulatory/business context in which they operate；
3. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across various organizational levels and cultures；
4. Demonstrated resourcefulness, self-motivation, and a strong sense of ownership—able to work independently, set priorities amid ambiguity, and make decisions under pressure；
5. Robust resilience and adaptability; comfortable with a fast-paced environment, shifting demands, and high levels of accountability；
6. Existing channel network, buyside relationships, or relevant industry contacts are a significant plus；
7. Personality traits: results-oriented, proactive, collaborative, intellectually curious, and unafraid to challenge the status quo. Must possess high integrity, emotional intelligence, and the grit to navigate uncertainty and complexity.
