· Closely partner with various strategic commercial partners. Deliver and manage product solutions that help achieve business goals. · Articulate value propositions of business initiatives. Translate business requirements into product requirement. Ensure development team understands the context and specifications to deliver quality product within timeline. · Understand competitive landscape in local markets, discover market insights and identify customer pain points · Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders, project-manage and E2E development process. · Understand user mindset and behaviour through research, observation, data-mining and E2E testing. Engineer and deliver frictionless and relevant payment experience to customers. · Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary product contact for queries related to the product. · Manage external and internal stakeholder relationship in any product related engagement. · Understand, define and track product performance metric. Continue provide feedback to improve customer experience and performance. · Off-hour and on-site support to ensure product integrity during high traffic events
1. Understand in details Ant's product&product operation capability related to payment processing(acquiring) from credit cards, E-wallets and other APMs under Ant's various global entities including U.S, Latam and various Asian countries. 2. Work closely with business development team to create and present Ant's global payment products solution to both prospective and existing merchants, with a focus on selling new solutions Vs. supporting existing solutions 3. Effectively capture and articulate the merchants business needs, identify the potential gaps and translate them into product requirements 4. Lead the product solution development efforts to fill the gap or fulfill customized requirements with a focus heavily on meeting individual merchant's needs based on existing product capabilities, less of developing whole new product capabilities. 5. Regularly collect product requests from other internal functions such as compliance, operations that will have impact on the implementation of the product solutions to particular merchants 6. 1. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of Standard Payment and Collection Product, including requirements analysis, product planning, solution design, and implementation. 2. Develop a deep understanding of cross-border clearing networks (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA, Fedwire) and design payment routing solutions that meet business growth needs while adhering to multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements. 3. Build a global payment product framework, optimizing fund processing efficiency and cost structures, while improving settlement speed and cost transparency. 4. Collaborate with banks, clearing institutions, and third-party payment networks to establish a stable ecosystem of payment channel partnerships. 5. Continuously enhance product experiences through data analysis, support the operational team in building operational tools, and establish key metrics monitoring systems (e.g., success rates, timeliness, and cost rates).

Within International Risk Management, the B+ Risk Management team is responsible for identifying and managing risk across all to B product processes and countries at Ant International. We’re seeking Risk Strategy professionals who are passionate about data analytics and want to be a part of the evolution for the next generation of risk management. Responsibilities: 1. Support Ant International business growth, ensure the safety of merchant account, manage multiple type of risk such as identity fraud, scam, abuse and account take-over at both merchant and transaction level 2. Act as the expert of risk strategy and decision, leverage quantitative methods to quickly identify fraud events through expert experience and the analysis of historical data, constantly develop, design and implement data-driven risk management framework, strategy and model to mitigate risk 3. In depth understanding of merchant collection, cross-border FX transfers and international payments business, conduct analysis of product performance and monitoring of merchant activities across the customer lifecycle to ensure the balance between risk and customer experience 4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across function such as product and technical teams to ensure risk solution are delivered timely and track the effect of risk solution continuously
● Monitor and analyze both payment and financial service performance metrics to ensure optimal outcomes, identify potential risks. ● Drive execution of strategic initiatives across payment service, embeded Insurance and digital credit, with critical insights and connectivity, working closely with internal teams across Alibaba International and Ant International.
