工作职责
1. 作为 Bettr 在巴西市场的产品牵头人，从 0-1 全面负责本地化信贷支付 App 的产品规划与建设，包括产品愿景、路线图、关键里程碑制定及落地推进。 2. 基于巴西本地用户需求与市场环境，设计并搭建核心信贷与支付能力（如额度体系、借还款流程、账单与利息模型、支付场景等），完成从概念设计到上线运营的完整产品闭环。 3. 负责用户增长与运营相关产品能力建设，包括拉新、转化、留存、提升活跃与用户价值的产品机制设计（激励机制、用户分层、风控与转化平衡、营销工具等），打造可持续增长的产品体系。 4. 深入理解巴西当地监管、合规及金融基础设施环境（支付体系、信贷基础设施、数据获取等），与法务、合规、风控等团队协同，确保产品架构与功能符合当地法律法规与风险要求。 5. 联动内部技术、风控、数据、中台、运营、品牌、财务等团队，以及外部合作伙伴（如持牌金融机构、支付合作方等），高效推动产品从需求分析、方案设计、研发实施到上线运营的全流程，并对结果负责。 6. 通过数据分析与用户调研，持续迭代产品功能与体验，建立关键业务指标体系（如获客成本、额度使用率、逾期率、转化率、NPS 等），对核心指标负责并持续优化。 7. 输出高质量的产品文档与决策材料，包括但不限于市场分析、产品策略、PRD/MRD、业务流程设计、产品原型以及项目复盘等，清晰对齐多方共识。 8. 代表产品线在内部及对外场景中进行沟通与宣讲，构建 Bettr 在巴西市场的产品品牌与专业形象，并在区域内形成可复制的产品方法论和经验沉淀。
主要职责： 负责美图秀秀与集团相关产品 进入市场策略，从了解市场需求（如：市场调研、竞品研究）、开发营销资源（如：美国在地代理商与社群意见领袖）、设计In-app活动（如：美图秀秀站内推广活动）、规划站外营销活动（如：网红合作推广App功能、Reddit社群议题操作等），提升产品于北美市场用户数量与订阅收入。
1. 巴西本地市场与多平台动态监控，持续跟踪巴西外卖相关平台的产品变化、营销活动、用户侧表达、优惠机制、供给呈现及重要市场动态，整理结构化记录和市场简报。 2. 合作方问题收集与机制沉淀支持，协助建立外部合作方在业务运营和系统使用过程中的问题收集机制，帮助问题更高效地收敛、解决并沉淀成相关 SOP、FAQ、培训材料。 3. 巴西本地调研与双语信息整理，支持本地用户、合作方及业务同学的轻量访谈和反馈整理，能够阅读、翻译和归纳，并转化为中文结构化分析材料。
1.基于业务目标要求，搭建外卖业务经营指标体系，建立经营监控和分析框架，识别并诊断经营异动。 2.制定长短期补贴投入规划，统筹业务方补贴策略保障规划落地； 3.负责各类资源项目的效率评估复盘，关注新工具的潜力，找到高效投入的机会点； 4.参与重要补贴项目的目标制定、实验设计、过程监控、效率及效果评估，推动项目按规划落地。 Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop operation management frameworks for daily, weekly, and monthly cycles, compile business operation reports, identify key business signals and strategic opportunities, initiate timely discussions to reach consensus, and provide guidance for business development. 2. Develop long and short-term subsidy investment plans based on business objectives and coordinate subsidy strategies to ensure plan implementation; 3. Responsible for efficiency evaluation of various resource projects, monitor the potential of new tools, and identify opportunities for efficient investment; 4. Participate in goal setting, experimental design, process monitoring, efficiency and performance evaluation of key subsidy projects to ensure project implementation as planned.
Organizational Optimization: Assist business leaders in building an efficient organizational structure for Keeta, facilitating alignment of goals within the management team. Regularly conduct organizational diagnostics to identify key issues and challenges, and proactively follow up on solutions. Talent Development: Utilize talent review, development, and co-creation facilitation methods to focus on the recruitment, training, development, and advancement of key talents. Provide strong talent pipeline support and help build talent succession plans for business departments. Culture Implementation: Drive the implementation and promotion of corporate culture and values within the department. Regularly organize employee engagement and care activities to communicate company philosophy and values, strengthening team cohesion and morale. Strategic Partnership: Gain deep understanding of the business strategy of the international team. Participate in the entire process from strategy formulation to execution, and develop tailored HR plans to achieve both short- and long-term business objectives. Technology & Innovation: Leverage AI-powered HR tools and data analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making across core HR functions (e.g., talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement). Explore and implement innovative HR technology solutions to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.
