Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 8 years of HR experience; experience supporting international teams is preferred.

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate efficiently with international teams and partners.

Strong logical thinking and learning ability, solid HR fundamentals, self-driven, curious, and able to work under pressure.

Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, including a proactive interest in exploring and applying AI tools to solve HR challenges.

Experience in utilizing or piloting AI-driven solutions within HR processes is a strong asset.
