任职要求 必备条件 1，计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习、数据科学或相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2，5年以上算法研发经验，其中至少2年专注于大模型（LLM）或深度学习在实际业务场景中的落地； 3，精通Transformer架构、Prompt Engineering、LoRA/P-Tuning、RLHF等大模型微调与优化技术； 4，精通业界常用的AI Agent架构， 以及RAG、Planning/COT、DM等技术 5，具备多模态大模型的理解，熟悉CLIP、Flamingo、Kosmos等主流多模态模型架构； 6，熟练掌握Python及主流AI框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow），具备大规模模型训练与部署经验； 7，对金融风控领域有深刻理解，具备反欺诈、信用评分、异常检测等相关项目经验者优先； 8，出色的问题抽象与系统设计能力，能将复杂业务问题转化为AI建模任务； 9，良好的沟通协作能力，能够跨团队推动技术创新与业务融合。 加分项 1，有在银行、支付机构、互联网金融公司从事AI风…
