任职要求
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field, at least 3 years of experience in UIUX design
2. Have a deep understand on mobile App design, design guidelines and trends.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design thinking, polished UI craftsmanship, and innovative interaction paradigms.
4. Have a basic understanding of research tools and methodology such as journey map, user interview, survey, etc.
5.Experience with prototyping and proficiency with design tools such as Figma etc.
6.Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
