工作职责
1. Complete the full-cycle experience design work from requirement analysis to interface implementation; 2. Participate in product prototype design, create low-fidelity/high-fidelity prototypes based on requirement documents, and deliver interaction/visual design deliverables; 3. Maintain design specifications, collaborate with product and development teams for requirement reviews and design solution implementation; 4. Collect user feedback and product usage data, optimize product experience details, and improve user satisfaction. We are looking for candidates who are willing to complete an internship in China and prepared for long-term roles in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Vietnam upon successful conversion to full-time employment. 1. Assist the team in conducting foundational research activities such as user interviews, questionnaire surveys, and usability testing, and organize research data and materials; 2. Participate in research reports including user personas, journey mapping, and experience pain points, and provide preliminary analytical conclusions; 3. Collaborate with the design team to transform user research findings into design requirements, and follow up on solution implementation and validation; 4. Collect industry research cases and methodology materials, maintain the user research knowledge base, and ensure the completeness and reusability of resources.
