任职要求 基础条件： 1.计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，具备3-5年以上后端/系统架构经验，且至少1-2年深度的搜索推荐引擎/Agent引擎实际架构与落地经验。 专业能力： 1.扎实的架构与工程底盘：具备优秀的分布式系统、微服务架构设计能力，熟练掌握Java / Python / Go等至少一种主流语言；能将传统软件工程思想与AI Native范式完美结合； 2.Agent/工具平台/AI Infra经验：具备Agent/工具平台/AI Infra经验，包括但不限于：向量数据库/搜索推荐引擎/RAG系统/知识加工Pipeline，深度理解并实践过 Agent 工具调用架构，有能力设计平台级基础设施，让工具调用既灵活又安全稳定； 3.AI编程工具极客：Claude Code 等 AI 编程工具重度/顶级玩家，具备极强的 Prompt 编写与结构化思维，能够探索并建立团队级 AI 辅助研发的 Workflow，理解如何让 AI 写出生产级…
