工作描述

任职要求
1. 教育背景: 拥有金融、经济、数学、金融工程或相关专业的本科及以上学历，有CFA资格认证；
2. 工作经验: 3年及以上全球（境外）FOF资产配置研究或投资交易工作经验；
3. 技能和特征:
（1）熟悉各类境外基金运作模式及底层资产特性。具备优秀的数据处理和分析能力；有web3从业及项目经验者优先；
（2）熟悉大类资产配置方法，具备基础建模能力（如Black-Litterman）；
（3）优秀的逻辑思维、问题解决和沟通协调能力；
（4）具备良好的团队合作精神。

2. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in global (offshore) FOF asset allocation research or investment trading；
