工作职责
1. Own the foundational user experience for OTA industry solution products, focusing on end-to-end product solutions across the travel journey. Adopt a user-centric perspective to deeply understand user behaviors and experiences during pre-trip, during-trip, and post-trip stages. Design product solutions that deliver convenient and seamless services to users. 2. Identify user needs throughout the product usage journey and drive the establishment of refined, industry-specific service assurance mechanisms. Design end-to-end intelligent and human-supported service solutions, and author comprehensive service process documentation to provide users with reliable and trustworthy travel service guarantees. 3. Optimize and iterate service solutions and experience insight strategies based on the unique characteristics of the travel business. Enhance overall user experience while leveraging intelligent service solutions and service mechanisms to drive user return visits and repeat purchases. 4. Proactively identify user pain points from NPS/CSAT feedback and customer support interactions. Pay close attention to product details and conduct multi-dimensional, multi-perspective analysis—integrating user behavior data, business performance metrics, and qualitative insights—to pinpoint root causes of issues. Continuously drive resolution and optimization across the full user journey. 5. Possess experience in service resource management and talent development, ensuring frontline customer service teams maintain high service quality, strong service mindset, and alignment with business goals and direction.

Job Summary We are seeking a high-caliber Strategic Partnership Leader with an extensive network among Tier-1 corporations and government entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a "Market Entry Specialist," you will unlock high-value B2B channels to position Keemart as the primary provider for Corporate Welfare Programs and Institutional Procurement, driving high-density user growth through strategic alliances.
1. 负责海外OTA平台、跨境SEM广告渠道全链路数据分析,拆解CPC/CPA/ROAS、转化归因、渠道成本等核心指标,输出日报/周报/月度投放分析报告,定位投放损耗、流量异常问题; 2. 依托SQL/Hive/Spark SQL开展业务数据提取、多表关联数据清洗、复杂数据建模,优化查询语句,提升大数据取数效率,对接数仓完成业务口径对齐; 3. 运用数理统计、机器学习工具完成用户分层、流量聚类、转化预测、渠道价值建模,通过假设检验、显著性分析、因果分析验证投放策略有效性,规避数据分析偏差; 4. 联动投放运营,基于数据结论优化SEM投放策略、渠道配比、人群出价方案,落地渠道优化、预算调优方案,助力投放ROAS提升; 5. 对接海外业务团队,同步海外投放规则、平台数据口径,搭建渠道数据看板,沉淀投放分析方法论; 6. 参与业务A/B实验设计、效果复盘,配合完成营销模型测算、渠道增量价值评估,沉淀行业渠道分析数据资产。

More importantly, drive development of new opportunities and incubate new businesses Act as the primary external-facing representative to bridge Tencent’s internal teams (studios, tech platform) with external innovators and ecosystem players. Monitor and analyze emerging technology and AI trends in gaming and entertainment. Develop and maintain a strategic framework for market analysis and opportunity assessment; Work directly with senior management across global AI and games markets. Work in a team with high-calibre executives previously from top-tier consultancy firms and investment banks. You will be responsible for supporting decision-makings for executives and leaders of business groups. Provide game changing strategy and inspire out-of-the-box thinking to senior leader. Plan and manage business incubation, drive product innovation and new partnerships, develop and execute go-to-market plan. 岗位要求 Have more than 3 years of work experience in tech investment or strategy consulting, preferably with a focus on gaming/entertainment or TMT industries. An advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field is a strong plus. Demonstrate strategic vision, business insights and in-depth knowledge of emerging technologies and market trends (particularly AI applications in gaming). Proficiency in analyzing market data, financial metrics, and technology trends to identify promising opportunities in game tech/AI. Must be a self-starter, capable of navigating ambiguity and driving investment strategies from ideation to execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Effective team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional proficiency with MS Excel & PowerPoint; working knowledge of statistics and analysis packages. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
