工作职责


The Corporate Marketing Lead will own and coordinate marketing initiatives that sit above individual business units, helping build and amplify the WorldFirst brand globally.
This role combines content strategy, executive communications, event management, project management, and cross-functional leadership. It is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex business priorities into compelling narratives and delivering high-impact marketing programs across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Marketing Programs
-Lead and manage company-wide marketing initiatives that span multiple business units.
-Drive strategic marketing projects in partnership with Group Marketing and Corporate Branding,event and PR teams.
-Coordinate cross-functional programs involving marketing, product, partnerships, communications, and leadership teams.
-Act as the central project manager for high-priority marketing initiatives.
2. Executive Communications & Thought Leadership
-Develop executive presentations, keynote decks, and strategic marketing materials for senior leadership.
-Support CEO and executive thought leadership programs, including LinkedIn content, speaking engagements, and industry positioning.
-Craft compelling narratives that strengthen WorldFirst's brand and market positioning.
3. Corporate Content & Brand Assets
-Own and maintain company-level marketing assets, including:
Corporate presentations
Company overview materials
Corporate videos
Brand messaging frameworks
Marketing playbooks
Internal knowledge repositories and brand wiki
-Ensure consistency of messaging and storytelling across all business units.
4. Reputation & Brand Presence
-Manage and optimize key corporate brand channels and platforms, including: Trustpilot, Corporate social channels, Executive social presence, Industry profiles and directories
-Monitor and enhance WorldFirst's brand perception and market visibility.
5. Events & Strategic Programs
-Lead the planning and execution of major corporate events, customer conferences, executive roundtables, and strategic partner engagements.
-Coordinate participation in group-level and industry-wide events.
-Manage event timelines, stakeholders, budgets, agencies, and deliverables.
-Ensure seamless collaboration across multiple business units and external partners.
6. Project & Stakeholder Management
-Build project plans and governance processes for complex marketing initiatives.
-Align stakeholders across different teams and regions.
-Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of key projects.
-Drive execution excellence and operational efficiency across marketing programs.
