Conduct strategic and market research in AI and technology sectors to identify growth opportunities in Middle East. Evaluate, structure, and execute corporate investment and M&A opportunities. Support fundraising activities and investor relations, working closely with the CEO to engage existing and potential investors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, legal, finance) to ensure alignment of corporate development initiatives with company goals.
Key Mission: Strategy Define and execute IA China Hub and Ops Master Plan and related strategic initiatives (e.g. on portfolio, value-chain, go-to-market strategies) in collaboration with Activity Leaders and Stream Owners Support major IA transformation initiatives in close collaboration with wider IA Strategy team Support BU’s corporate development activities (e.g. M&A and strategic partnerships) to understand the market landscape, target pool, portfolio synergies, … and in the end, facilitate management decision-making on the strategic intent, fit and attractiveness Drive the strategic cycles as well as its continuous refinements (e.g. strategic & portfolio reviews, strategic plan, …) Market and competitive intelligence Contribute to business intelligence activities (market & competitive analysis, key events summary, competitive newsletter, …) and produce relevant strategic briefs to support decision making Drive coordination and alignment with analyst companies on interfacing product lines. Ensuring accurate reporting of yearly data Key responsibilities You are responsible for (but not limited to) Strategy management process Manage and support team to meet the Strategy team to meet key events such as Corporate Strategy, the execution of the company’s strategy processes and content: e.g., Strategy Week, Deep Dive, etc. Segment/Sub-segment strategy contribution: Identify new segments/application to penetrate and bring a structure, professionalism and rigor to the strategy of the exiting 4 key industry segments to define their 5-y plan Overall segment prioritization for industry to determine which segments we should enter/exit · Revisit full segment strategy of each of the IA-led segments to define the 5-year plan and strategic initiatives covering customer coverage, GTM, offer portfolio, skillset, etc. · Support Corporate Strategy on prioritization of the group end-market portfolio for prioritization and attractiveness exercise in collaboration and strategize transformation opportunity for segment set-up to better grow end-user business and improvement domain know-how. Help segments set up strategic initiatives, regular cadence, and deliverables to be shared during the ExCom presentation.
About the Role As Business Integration Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Director for Germany & France. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational support in the collaboration with our Chinese headquarters and in key corporate projects across Western Europe. You will not be leading integration or acting as the primary interface yourself, but rather ensuring that the Senior Director is supported with the right information, communication, and project coordination. Responsibilities ● Support the Senior Director in daily collaboration and communication with colleagues at our Chinese headquarters. ● Translate and interpret (linguistically and culturally) to ensure mutual understanding and smooth coordination between the European organization and HQ. ● Assist the Senior Director in preparing and aligning suitable product solutions for the Western European market. ● Provide support in the integration process of Visable, including preparation of analyses, project documents, and follow-ups. ● Develop presentations, summaries, and decision-support materials for management. ● Ensure alignment of key stakeholders in Europe and China through preparation and structured follow-up of meetings and initiatives.

Application Strategy and Leadership: •Develop and implement the IT application strategy in alignment with the organization's business goals. •Lead and manage the applications team responsible for the development, integration, and maintenance of business-critical applications. •Serve as a subject matter expert for application solutions, providing guidance on the best technologies and methodologies to solve business challenges. Application Portfolio Management: •Oversee the full lifecycle of applications from planning and selection to implementation and ongoing optimization. •Manage a portfolio of business applications, ensuring they meet performance, security, and usability standards. •Evaluate and recommend third-party software solutions to improve business processes. Project Management & Implementation: •Direct the planning, execution, and management of application-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and external vendors, to deliver application projects. Team Leadership & Development: •Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of application professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. •Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career development opportunities. Governance & Compliance: •Ensure all applications comply with internal security policies, external regulations, and industry standards. •Implement and enforce IT governance frameworks for application lifecycle management. •Manage the risk associated with application systems, ensuring proper disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: •Monitor application performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience. •Evaluate emerging trends and technologies in the application space and make recommendations for adoption.
The Sr. Director Enterprise Sales position will focus on driving revenue, strategic engagement, and corporate alignment for all aspects of select OEM accounts. He/she will be responsible for establishing the AMD sales strategy, managing procurement and alliance relationships, and driving to key revenue, market share and gross margin objectives SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Define and implement sales-in and sales-out strategies that grow revenue base and market share for the business Engage with accounts and AMD teams to drive collaboration across all lines of business Focus to win AMD CPU, GPU and FPGA footprint into Enterprise accounts for both public instances and internal usage Work with regions and Enterprise Sales and Marketing Teams to drive Go-to-Market alignment Work with AMD Business unit teams to drive product strategy and development with account Align and collaborate with WW and GC marketing on spend alignment to drive optimal ROI Focus on executive relationships to drive preferred vendor status Ensure close collaboration with cross-matrix teams to value propositions are consistent and aligned
