任职要求
1. Experience: 5+ years in Business Development, Solution Architecture, or Product Management within the Fintech/Payment industry, with at least 2 years of direct exposure to AI applications, AI SaaS, or developer platforms.
2. Payment Product Expertise: Demonstrated experience in building or integrating payment products such as subscription billing, recurring payments, wallet systems, or API-first payment infrastructures. Hands-on experience with cross-border acquiring is strongly preferred.
3. AI Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of AI application architectures, LLM/token economics, AI Agent frameworks, and the unique revenue recognition challenges in AI businesses.
4. AI Industry Navigation: Prior experience working with or within the AI product company is a significant advantage.
5. Communication: Exceptional bilingual communication skills (Mandarin & English), with the ability to articulate complex technical-payment concepts to both business leaders and engineering teams.
6. Mindset: Fast-learning and self-adapting ability with strong AI Industry insight capturing, comfortable operating in ambiguous and fast-evolving environments where AI business models are still being defined.
