1. 区域业务支持,含新市场及重点项目分析和经营分析: a. 支持AMER区域业务发展,与业务团队紧密合作,参与业务规划、经营分析及重点项目支持;结合业务数据和市场情况,协助识别增长机会、经营风险及改善方向 b. 参与新市场进入、牌照申请及其他0-1项目,负责或协助开展财务模型、商业可行性分析和方案评估,并推动相关信息梳理、跨团队沟通及项目跟进 c. 围绕重点业务、产品或区域开展专题分析,从业务数据和商业逻辑出发,理解增长驱动因素、经营问题及潜在机会,为业务决策提供分析支持和财务视角 2. 全球市场费用及ROI分析:支持全球市场费用管理及投入产出分析,包括ROI、LTV、Payback等指标研究;分析不同区域、渠道及客群的效率差异,协助推动市场资源配置及运营效率优化 3. 财务管理支持:支持预算、Forecast、月结及其他日常财务管理工作;与业务及相关职能团队保持良好协作,主动跟进和推动问题解决
1. 负责万里汇收款风控策略体系制定并持续进化,包括但不限于欺诈、交易真实性、盗用、滥用、作弊、恶意否认等风险 2. 建立策略效果量化评估体系,并基于日常指标监控、案件分析、数据挖掘,快速上新或迭代策略,进行风险对抗或体验优化 3. 协同风控政策参与业务新项目或风控能力建设项目的风控方案评估,并负责其中各环节风控策略部分的方案设计与需求梳理,跟踪与验收策略交付质量 4. 风险case的及时响应、分析、处置与根因排查,快速控制风险
1. 负责蚂蚁国际旗下万里汇跨境支付产品运营,针对中国跨境电商卖家助力业务增长、场景渗透提升以及盈利水平的提升 2. 作为业务中台角色,需要和销售及产研团队保持紧密合作,了解客户需求,提炼出共性痛点,并产出业务需求文档和业务价值推算,协同LCAP、数据、风控等中后台团队,产出可落地的业务方案,并和产品团队紧密沟通,上线并迭代需要的产品功能 3. 围绕识别的重点业务场景或关键产品进行目标拆解,制定增长目标、运营策略,协同市场团队进行宣传推广,并与区域业务负责人达成一致,为区域提供销售工具包,建立与区域的例会机制,共同为结果负责,实现关键业务目标的达成 4. 针对负责的业务场景或关键产品,协同数据团队设计关键指标监控报表和日常的洞察分析,识别业务目标达成过程中的关键问题,并协同相关团队制定策略或解

Deeply understand the company's global business strategy, product roadmap, and the core pain points and needs of target customers (such as cross-border e-commerce sellers and foreign trade enterprises). Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with these insights to reinforce WorldFirst's industry-leading brand perception. 2. Execute various initiatives including summits, salons, and product launch events. Continuously monitor and analyze trends in the cross-border e-commerce industry and evolving seller requirements. Innovate and enrich content experiences to boost customer engagement and brand influence, thereby improving customer acquisition efficiency, fostering deeper collaboration with key accounts, and enhancing promotion of priority products. 3. Maintain close communication with domestic and international teams, as well as clients and partners across different countries and markets. Drive resource integration and cross-border collaborations to elevate customer experience and ensure efficient delivery of brand value. 4. Leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize event content and iterate marketing strategies for sustained improvement.
1. Liaison & Communication Coordination - Serve as the central point of contact for all China-related clients, internal partners inquiries, requests, to enable efficient collaborations and deliver friendly experience for China clients and internal partners. - Facilitate clear and effective communication between global stakeholders (e.g., headquarters, regional offices) and Chinese counterparts, including translation/interpretation support (Mandarin-English-Local language ) for documents, meetings, and communications. - Coordinate and organize cross-border meetings, calls, and visits (e.g., between global leadership and Chinese partners/clients), including logistics, agenda setting, and follow-up actions. 2. Market & Regulatory Support - Monitor and analyze China clients expanding to Long tail market trends, as well as opportunities from HK market, industry policies, regulatory changes (e.g., trade regulations, data privacy laws, industry-specific compliance requirements), and competitive landscape, providing timely updates and actionable insights to global teams.. 3. Business Development & Partnership Support - Support the identification and cultivation of Chinese clients/HK local clients, and opportunities, collaborating with the business development team to prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials tailored to the Chinese/HK clients - Assist in managing existing partnerships with Chinese/HK entities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, resolving potential issues, and deepening the client relationship. - Drive the execution of China/HK clients business in World First as best as possible, achieving rev KPI each year, and to be well prepared for regular or irregular performance review 5. Cultural & Strategic Advisory - Provide guidance to global teams on Chinese business culture, etiquette, and communication styles to enhance cross-cultural collaboration and avoid misunderstandings. - Advise senior leadership on China-specific strategic considerations, including market priorities, risk factors, and opportunities for growth. - Support internal training initiatives related to Long tail and HK market, culture, and regulatory environment for internal business team, and clients if needed. 6. Ad Hoc Tasks - Undertake other China-related tasks and projects as assigned by the line manager, including supporting emergency responses, ad hoc research, and cross-departmental initiatives.
