Own the core user growth function for BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) and cash loan products in the Turkish market, driving rapid scale-up of the credit business while maintaining efficient operations and a healthy risk-growth balance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Full-Funnel Growth Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies for Consumer Finance in Turkey, driving continuous growth in credit user base and credit utilization volume. 2. Product & Ecosystem Synergy: Lead BNPL product and cash loan design and growth operations in collaboration with Payments and E-commerce teams, building product plans that integrate wallet and e-commerce scenarios. Coordinate traffic resources across local e-commerce, payments, and other key scenarios; optimize the mix of organic and paid traffic to improve exposure and new-user acquisition. Explore new traffic scenarios to open growth frontiers, and build a precise high-intent user identification system based on borrowing-intent insights. 3. Customer Segmentation & Tiered Operations: Design differentiated, tiered strategies for growth-stage and high-potential customer segments. Lead the planning and execution of large-scale marketing campaigns, iterating quickly based on data to improve ROI and operating efficiency. 4.
