1. Graduates of 985/211 or well-known overseas institutions preferred.
2. 5+ years of user growth experience in consumer credit, fintech, e-commerce, or related industries, with experience on products at 10M+ DAU scale preferred. Ideally with a track record in one or more of the following:
◦ Traffic Operations: scenario-based traffic distribution strategies, with projects achieving 30%+ improvement in user engagement/retention
◦ Merchant Ecosystem: B2B2C operations experience, having built 100+ core merchant case studies
◦ Intelligent Marketing: applying ML models (CTR/LTV prediction) to optimize marketing efficiency
3. Strong data-driven mindset; able to design and deploy full-funnel growth strategies using ecosystem data, and iterate quickly based on performance.
4. Familiar with credit product characteristics and customer profiles; understanding of basic risk frameworks (pre-loan underwriting, mid-loan limit adjustment) preferred, with sound judgment in balancing growth and risk.
