Qualifications
1. 教育背景: 拥有金融、经济、数学、金融工程或相关专业的本科及以上学历；
2. 工作经验: 1年及以上在资产管理、基金、券商或相关金融机构的交易工作经验，有资金流动性风险管理相关经验优先；
3. 专业技能：
（1）熟悉各类金融工具及其交易、结算流程。具备优秀的数据处理和分析能力。对WEB3的风险管理框架有一定理解；
（2）极强的责任心、细心和抗压能力；
（3）优秀的逻辑思维、问题解决和沟通协调能力；流利的英文沟通能力；
（4）具备良好的团队合作精神。
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or a related field；
2. Experience: 1+ years of middle or back-office experience in asset management, funds, securities firms, or related financial institutions；
3. Professional Skills:
