任职要求 1. 基础与工程能力：熟练掌握 Python / C++，具备扎实的算法功底（熟悉 PyTorch），代码质量高，工程落地能力极强。 2. 算法与落地经验（满足其一即可）： ○ 多模态/AI方向：对 CV、ASR 或前沿多模态模型（如 CLIP、SAM）有深入理解，有实际生产环境的微调与调优经验。 ○ 搜广推方向：精通搜索、推荐或广告算法全链路（召回、CTR 预估、排序优化等），具备海量数据特征工程、模型线上迭代与 A/B 实验经验，且有将 LLM/大模型应用于搜广推业务的实战经验。 3. 综合素质：极强的实战与问题解决能力（Problem-Solver）。能够跳出纯算法视角，从客户业务的真实诉求出发，快速定位效果与性能瓶颈，交付最佳实践。 加分项 1. 大/小模型训练经验…
