Qualifications
Education
Master’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Education, Organizational Psychology, International Business, or a related field.
Overseas academic or professional experience is highly preferred.
Professional Experience
1、5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development (L&D), or Organization Development (OD) within medium to large multinational organizations.
2、Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing and delivering talent programs for MNC
3、Proven understanding of global business challenges, cross-border team dynamics, and localization strategies.

Core Competencies
1、Native or near-native fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken), with the ability to conduct training, develop content, and communicate strategically in both languages.（need to pass EF English Test)
2、Instructional Design Excellence: Strong command of adult learning principles, ADDIE/SAM models, and competency-based curriculum design. Ability to blend traditional pain points in global operations with innovative learning solutions.
3、Cross-Cultural Intelligence: High sensitivity to cultural nuances, with experience facilitating programs across diverse regions.
4、Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Skilled in data analysis, project management, and executive communication. Ability to translate insights into actionable learning strategies.
