Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above and full professional proficiency in both Chinese and English.
2. 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing/paid media.
3.  Proficiency in using advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Xiaohongshu Ads, WeChat Ads, Baidu Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, etc.).
4. Strong data analysis skills and data-driven working patterns.
5. Comprehensive understanding of ads content/creatives strategy.
6.  Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; positive attitudes towards a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.
7. Experience in fintech is a plus.
