1. Bachelor's degree or above and full professional proficiency in both Chinese and English.  
2. 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing/paid media
3. Proficiency in using advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
4. Strong data analysis skills and data-driven working patterns
5. Comprehensive understanding of ads content/creatives strategy 
6. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; positive attitudes towards a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking
7. Experience in fintech is a plus
