Qualifications
● 7 年以上金融机构、汇款公司、金融科技或支付行业的业务发展、合作伙伴管理、渠道合作或 B2B 销售经验，其中 3 年以上独立完成从商机开拓到落地全流程的经验。
● 熟悉跨境汇款及支付业务，具备汇款信息流资金流、支付产品与清算网络、资金结算与流动性/资金模式、外汇基础知识，并理解背后的不同商业模式。
● 能够独立输出解决方案建议与初步方案思路，将合作伙伴需求和市场空白转化为可落地的规划方案、产品方向与业务模式，供内部团队（产品、技术、运营等）细化执行。
● 对国内外行业趋势有良好认知，具备金融服务风险管理及合规的基础知识。
● 出色的沟通、合作管理与项目管理能力，能够跨职能协作并推动复杂项目落地。
● 具备客户开拓与客户关系管理能力，有直接面向合作伙伴高管进行方案汇报的经验。
● 良好的英语书面与口头表达能力；有跨区域、跨文化工作经验者优先。

● 在重点汇款市场拥有银行、钱包或汇款机构的资源和网络。
● 有支付或消费者金融服务领域的跨职能产品上线和运营经验。

● 7+ years' experience in business development, partner management, partnerships, or B2B sales within financial institutions, remittance companies, fintech, or payments, including 3+ years independently owning deals from origination through to launch.
● Solid understanding of the cross-border remittance and payments business, with hands-on knowledge spanning remittance flows and corridors, payment products and rails, funds settlement and liquidity/funding models, and FX fundamentals, and how these underpin different commercial models.
● Ability to independently develop solution proposals and preliminary solution approaches, structuring partner needs and market gaps into workable solution frameworks, product directions, and commercial models that internal teams (Product, Tech, Ops) can refine and execute.
● Good awareness of domestic and international industry trends, with foundational knowledge of risk management and compliance in financial services.
● Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with proven ability to work across functions and drive complex initiatives to completion.
