Qualifications
5+ years in software engineering, applied AI, solutions engineering, or marketing technology.
Proven track record shipping AI / automation / agent solutions that delivered measurable business outcomes and got adopted.
Strong working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based systems.
Integration experience with enterprise and marketing platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, APIs, CDPs).
Exposure to Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Operations domains — ideally cross-border e-commerce or payments.
Understanding of transformation governance, KPIs, and ROI-tracking frameworks.
Comfortable operating in sprints and an ambiguous, fast-moving build environment.
Clear communicator across business and technical stakeholders; second-nature as a builder who learns by shipping.
