Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上用户增长、产品运营、营销运营、渠道运营或整合营销相关经验；有数字支付、电子钱包、OTA、O2O、跨境旅游或互联网平台经验者优先。
2. 具备较强的数据分析能力、业务洞察力及项目推动能力，能够独立完成项目从策略制定到落地执行。
3. 熟悉本地市场用户行为及营销玩法，对中亚地区跨境旅游及数字消费趋势有较好理解。
4. 具备良好的跨团队、跨文化沟通协作能力，能够高效协调多方资源推进项目。
5. 有大型营销活动、商圈合作或区域增长项目经验者优先。
6. 英语可作为工作语言；掌握俄语或中亚地区相关语言者优先。
7. 能够适应区域内出差，未来具备常驻当地办公的灵活性。
8. 对跨境旅游、数字支付及国际化业务有热情，具备较强的 Ownership 与创新意识。

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in user growth, product operations, marketing operations, channel operations, or integrated marketing. Experience in digital payments, digital wallets, OTA, O2O, cross-border travel, or internet platforms is preferred.
2. Strong data analysis, business insight, and project management capabilities, with the ability to independently drive projects from strategy to execution.
3. Good understanding of local user behavior and marketing approaches, with solid knowledge of cross-border travel and digital consumption trends in Central Asia.
4. Excellent cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders efficiently.
