Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of product management experience in banking or internet companies
● Smart and logically rigorous: able to break down complex problems, identify what truly matters, make sound product decisions and trade-offs, and build cross-team consensus in a structured way
● Proficient in English as a working language, capable of handling cross-regional communication, documentation, and presentations independently (overseas education or work experience is a plus)
● Strong business acumen and data sensitivity
● Strong team collaboration and resilience under pressure, with a proactive, driven mindset
