Job Requirements 1.Proven record of successful work as National Sales Manager, Country Manager or similar position, good expertise and relationships in CE industry with key Customers 2.Working experience in CE industry. Experience working with following categories is a strong plus: Smartphone accessories (power & audio), iOT and Small Domestic Appliances; 3.Working with Chinese companies/brands is a strong plus 4.Extensive connections in the consumer electronics industry (smartphone, wearable, accessory, IoT, etc.) ; 5.Spoken English at a business proficient level, Chinese will be a strong plus; 6.Major in Sales or Marketing or Math/Engineering or related, bachelor’s degree or above; 7.Strong communication and interpersonal, organizational skills; down-to-earth, teamwork, open spirit; fluent skill in essential office software. 8.Be able to discover, understand and translate key customer needs/requests and pain points to leverage business growth

Job Title: North-Eastern EU Greece&Cyprus sales manager Location: Greece Company: Anker Innovations Reports To: TR Regional Country manager Job Description: 1.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base; 2.Build the overall local go-to-market strategy (price, product, promotion, markteting &retail); 3.Build new and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; 4.Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives; 5.Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations; 6.Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts; 7.Lead a national sales team, setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives; 8.Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads; 9.Act as a point of contact for important customers and internal stakeholders; 10.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts as well as regular reports to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics; 11.Carry out market research&insight, demand collection, competition analysis, and working closely with product and regional teams to improve local portfolio Competitiveness; 12.Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products; 13.Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement; 14.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
