Location: Remote within Toronto Area or Onsite at Vancouver, BC

Responsibilities: 
- Develop and expand sales channels in alignment with the company’s strategic goals, including but not limited to distributors, sales agencies, and specialty resellers.
- Represent the company at maker fairs and industry trade shows; follow up on sales leads generated from these events and convert them into tangible business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by regularly engaging with key decision-makers and visiting retail locations. Actively participate in client-organized workshops, seminars, and other promotional activities to drive product sell-out and grow the active user base.
- Support the Go-to-Market team by gathering market intelligence, including competitor analysis, and providing insights to support long-term product strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local workshops, seminars, and brand-related events.

In this role, you will visit retail partners to introduce our smart lawn care solutions, negotiate and secure contracts, ensure proper restocking, and provide post-sales support. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities with small and independent retail stores to expand market coverage. - Proactively prospect and generate leads through store visits, referrals, networking, and local market research. - Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and decision-makers to drive sell-in of products. - Present and demonstrate products, negotiate pricing and terms, and close new account agreements. - Develop and execute territory plans to achieve store acquisition and sales growth targets. - Coordinate with marketing to implement localized promotions, point-of-sale materials, and in-store events to support new account sell-through. - Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, retail trends, and consumer preferences to inform business strategy. - Collaborate with internal teams on order processing, delivery scheduling, and after-sales support for new accounts. - Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems. - Represent the company at local trade shows, community events, and retail networking opportunities.
