- Minimum 3–5+ years of experience managing and growing key account relationships, with familiarity or direct exposure to regional and specialty retailers such as Nebraska Furniture Mart, B&H, MicroCenter, AAFES, NexCom, Hudson News, WH Smith, TD Synnex, Love’s, Pilot, and similar partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Social team player
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel etc.
- Flexible and creative
- Prepared to travel – 20% or less of the time, to regional client / retailer
- Social networking skill

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80,000 - $110,000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.

Job Overview: 
We are seeking a Key Account Manager – Distribution, Regional Retail, Airport & Military Channels to join our Anker Charging team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening strategic partnerships within our existing client base. Your primary focus will be to build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with key retail partners and distribution networks across the U.S., increasing Anker’s footprint in regional, airport, and military retail channels.

Responsibilities:
- Drive growth by identifying and cultivating retail partnerships and business opportunities within both the existing account base and targeted accounts defined by the team.
- Manage and expand key client relationships, acting as a trusted partner to decision-makers by understanding their business needs, delivering value-added solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with customer goals and Anker’s growth objectives.
- Monitor account performance and pipeline activity, leveraging data to identify trends, opportunities for upselling, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, logistics, warehousing, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of account initiatives, including pricing, promotions, and inventory planning.
- Plan and manage promotional strategies and budgets in partnership with the marketing team, ensuring campaigns are aligned with brand goals and retail calendars.
- Continuously seek operational improvements to enhance account performance, streamline processes, and drive efficiency across the business.
- Demonstrate sound problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in high-pressure or fast-paced environments.
- Stay current on industry trends by attending relevant trade shows, conferences, and seminars as needed.
